Overrated. Furniture and bathrooms need renovation, having a "casino" on the first floor instead of a nice reception does not help either. Breakfast and cleanliness need improvement .

Very unhappy staff. The stairs to our room (108) were delapidated and very shaky. They had deteriorated to the point where they were way out of level. I couldn't figure out why the whole staircase wasn't falling off the building. Rooms are at the back of a noisy casino

The hotel is located in a colonial house on the main square of the city. We stayed there with our 2-year old son. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a casino on the first floor and our room was located on the patio area, you need to go through the casino in order to get to the room, but if you come with kids, you need to go up the stairs one floor, walk to the inner patio and walk down the stairs to get to your room, so that part was not very pleasant. Although there is a casino (in which people can smoke) we did not notice any cigarrette smell or big noise coming from there. Coffee area is small. The room has high walls and it meets the need of sleep. If you come with children I would recommend you go somewhere else, for solo travelers and couples it seems a good option specially if you plan to be close to the main square. The staff as I mentioned was very helpful and caring for all our needs during our stay.

The Hotel, an old location was not a good experience. Although it has a great location, I would have preferred to stay at the Costa del Sol near by but was not available at the time we made our Hotel reservations.

Pretty good! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the people were extremely nice. My room was pretty small and pretty cold, but it had a desk, which was what I needed. Wifi in the breakfast area was pretty dependable. The garden was lovely! The casino was not an issue, you don't have to walk through it at all if you don't want to.

The Hotel Casablanca does not offer what is reported. I called for airport pickup, they do not offer transfers to and from the hote. There was no breakfast. The lack of concierge staffing, precluded me from receiving important business calls from the USA and Europe. The bedding was not clean and the bathroom was stained. I wanted to leave, but they would not reimburse me and it was onlya 1 night stay..

This is a great hotel with a very good location, the staff is very attentive and they speak English, breakfast is good, hot water in showers and it seems like they are remodeling it. but there is a Casino right in the entrance, so you have to go upstairs and downstairs to be able to go to your rooms even if located on the first floor because you are not allowed to go through the Casino, Also nights tend to be a little loud and very cigarette smoke filled from the Casino.(They did lower the microphone when I called to ask)
