The rooms and the whole hotel were extremely clean. The staff were very professional and all were most polite and jelpful. Nalli Alexander, Frank, and Michael were all exemplary check-in/front-desk staff. They were so helpful and kind and extremely respectful.Always happy to answer wuestions and look up information. The character of the hotel is very charming. Wuiet as well. Of special note were the showers. I have never had such a wonderful shower. Great water pressure and loads of hot water. The location is great. Close to the city centre and all sorts of activities ... all within walking distance. Highly recommended.
