Super fint sted med pæne store og rummelig værelser. Mange mulige aktiviteter og fantastisk udsigt til de omgivende bjerge. Eneste minus i forhold til vores oplevelse var, at absolut ingen taler engelsk og menukort i restauranten findes kun på spansk; men vi klarede os med Google translate. Det var vist også første gang overhovedet, at de oplevede en booking via hotels.com, hvorfor indtjekning var lidt forvirrende.

I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. It was a special treat to eat at the tasty breakfast buffet in the morning, watch the resident alpacas frolic around the pool, and gaze through the gigantic windows at the town of Maras and the mountains of the Sacred Valley. What a fabulous spot!

Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here.

Spa package disappointing due to unclean jacuzzi, though massage by Carmen was excellent. Staff performance mixed, with only two standout employees. Unwelcome sales pitch for “VIP” offerings upon arrival detracted from relaxation. While food quality impressed, the overall experience fell short of the promised luxury. Attention to detail and improved guest services could elevate this potentially beautiful retreat.
