My room was on the 2nd floor. I guess it's also the place for the staff, and they are always loud talking starting at 3:30 in the morning. In the room, there are two old beds with old mattresses, old and faded to grey but clean. The room has coffee cups and water glasses, but no water, neither a water cooler nor instant coffee or tea. The TV is full of scratches on the case but still working. The aircon is very good. The most bad thing was the sound because the staff talk loud and always laughing.

This hotel is highly recommended especially if you are traveling with a family & would like to stay in one room. Room was clean, spacious, aircon functioned so well, with bathroom. Amenities & with electric kettle. No noise. Most of. All, what I really like was the quick check-in & out. Response of the staff at the lobby.

Had the most awesome stay here in Cebu City - Andy Hotel with my sister. We really had a good sleep and very accommodating staff! Recommended. 👍
