The tv didnt work since i check in till i check out

no elevator and no designated parking lot,aircon is not enough cold,water in shower is to slow!

Web site plyed it up a LOT better than what it was. No problems with the staff. They were great.

Close to everything that i want to go but the problem is doesn’t have the elevator.We stayed at the 3rd floor.But the staff are very helpful.

Good people, but; 1. I killed at least 10 cockroaches (1 night), 2. A rat tried knawing through the back door all night, 3. We could hear the cockroaches in the walls when we turned lights off, 4. No elevator,, 5. Very low water pressure at kitchen sink.

Amazing.started as a 2 day visit that got xtended due to sickness. The staff was wery helpfull all the way. The area gives easy acsess to manila to xplore and conviniently close to the airport. This hotel have wery clean bathrooms / rooms one of the better iv been whit. There is a lot of bars and strip clubs for those who like that and there is easy acsess to churches the other way. There is somthing for everyone here, just around the corner

Not what i expected for the price. Decent and clean thought

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Room was clean and felt safe. Didn’t mind the stairs it’s a good exercise

This was a good hotel with fantastic staff. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and willing to take time to help. Room was very clean, in a good neighborhood with friendly local people. I found the stay pleasant, enjoyed the time. Only negative is the noise from outside but I enjoyed the atmosphere enough that the noise was not an issue

Fine for our two-night stay. Convenient location to both Mall of Asia and airport. Staff was most helpful to arrange transport to both.

The staff were lovely, they did their best and were professional. This property is in alley way, a part of town that seems undesirable - bars, clubs. We saw a man slumped over next to a bldg when getting dropped off. Bathroom was tiny- no toilet paper, shower & toilet area shares the same space. Not sure where excellent reviews are coming from- the place is a dive!!

The staff was great, the rooms in hotel were clean, Comfortable beds and pillows with good towels, just very very noisy... Beeping horns, loud exhaustall night.... Too close to the main road.

Stayed here for one night before catching a plane back home. The entrance is in the alley behind the 7/11 quiet and reasonable convient to the airport.

Comfort in the middle of a busy city. Accessible to almost everything. At least, to all my needs during my visit. Friendly, pleasant, helpful, accommodating staff will make your stay even more comfortable. And the security guard on post 24/7 makes you feel safe in the area. Definitely, I'll keeping coming back here.

The hotel in and of itself is located in an area, that’s noisy due to the traffic and it’s proximity to the airport. Getting to the hotel via taxi from places like MOA may make it seem like the hotel is located in an unsafe neighbourhood due to the small alleys. Hotel does not have an elevator, hotel staff will help with luggage, however. Hotel room was clean and had an air conditioner. Cheapest category of room offers single bed, with another sliding bed stowed beneath it. Careful when stepping out of it, it will slide a bit. Hotel staff was very friendly, receptionist was always welcoming and the guard and the remaining staff helped us with our luggage. However, we had to wait for our key for around 20-30 minutes, but we were able to go go our room regardless, since the doors were open (you cannot lock them without a key however). Overall, good for a short stay, we’ve stayed 1 night. Recommendable if you are looking for a good stay between MOA and the Airport.
