Hotels.com verified review

Staff were actively responsive on inquiries. Hotel stay is ok but needs to improve with water supply (shower/ faucet )as it smells rusty/muddy. Also need at least a night lampshade in the room. And if I may be more honest with my observation, towels appeared to be OVERLY USE…definitely needs to be replace , they all looked like brownish instead of white.

No pool. No elevator. Staff one is ok Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared

We did not have a car then. This hotel missing lot to offer to their guest other than room to accomodate 6 of us. I will not stay here again.

It’s new, the hallway is clean and spacious. Staff and guard are courteous. Shuttle service charge is fair. Two things they should work: provide warm shower and an elevator for seniors.
