Great pool and clean, my second visit, make sure to visit the coffee shop and the tower to play a game of free pool with city wide rooftop views

Love this hotel. I will be back. Nice room, friendly staff,really good free breakfast, and the dining room served great food also. Best hotel in Cebu.

Pros: -Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, and malls. -Excellent buffet breakfast. -Hospitable hotel staffs. They always greet the guests and very helpful. -The water heater was not functioning when we arrived but the hotel staff was able to fix it right away when we called them. - Airport shuttle every 2hrs. Cons: - Not responding to my email regarding airport pick up. But was able to contact them using their landline phone #. - There’s an annoying sound we hear at night. We think it was the heater on the hallway.

Pool area was much smaller than we expected and there were no cushions on the loungers and the one lounge chair in the pool has a broken hinge in the back so couldn’t be raised and lowered. The food was horrible. I ordered food for 6:30 delivery to my room. I called at 7:10… I think they just forgot to bring it up. The Cesar salad was disgusting- I don’t know what salad dressing you used but it was awful and it was iceberg lettuce and not romaine and it was soggy. The spring rolls were barely warm and very greasy. I ate the vegetables out of the middle just to have something to eat. I should have said something when I checked out but we were also rushed out in the morning. I doubt I would stay there again. Really slow food and beverage service. There was no working phone at the pool So I walked up to order drinks … after about 20 mins it started to rain so we ended up walking back to the bar area and someone was just then coming out to bring us our drinks. There were only the 2 of us and no one else placing an order at the same time.

We had a good stay here three weeks prior and the only problem was the room was too small, so this time we upgraded to a larger room with kitchenette and microwave. I’d love to give 5 stars except our room had several problems on arrival: the microwave didn’t work, the shower had no hot water, and the hot water pot had a European plug, but no outlets that fit it. Fortunately, housekeeping fixed all these issues within an hour, but checking and fixing room problems like this should be done before guests arrive, not after. Otherwise, a good stay and staff were always kind and helpful.

Excellent customer service! Room has a very musty smell literally had to place a room scent to get rid of it- very bad.

Don’t let the facade fool you. This place is awesome.

Value for money, free airport transpory, clean room. Fridge did not work. I got a room with window on main road..noisy

Request to be on a higher floor. It was SO LOUD in the second floor- perhaps it was just bad luck, but there was a group screaming/shouting on the lobby level right below me until 3am. Then, around 4:30am, the local roosters started up. I did not get much sleep before my flight. Be ready to leave a security deposit in cash. Hotel airport shuttle and location were ver convenient!

Good value for an overnight stay before heading to the airport. We appreciated the free airport shuttle and the breakfast was very good. Staff and service were excellent. The only things lowering the rating were a room that was just too small and cramped (next time I would pay more for a larger room), weak water pressure, and pool could be cleaner.

Great place and a bargain, clean, quiet and the BEST COFFEE downstairs in the lobby , go see that nice guy making that great coffee! Don't skip climbing to the top of the tower for an awesome view and a game of pool on the pool table. Nice place .

They say the capitol of the world is the path way to other destinations well this hotel is also . A few blocks away from Cebu International airport , Oh by the way hotel is good

Lovely stay as usual , 1 gripe there’s no restaurant after breakfast but that’s no big thing , The staff are superb from the reception , porter age , hk dept & shuttle drivers

Staff was friendly and accomodating (i hope you liked my chocolate chip cookies). I spent 26 days here and had no complaints. The pool was a bit on the small side but was quiet and relaxing. I would return.
