Fernvale Leisure Club and Resort

Quite a way from town but property is huge n nice when it’s low season. Must question about pool towels though- one front desk person said they were free to use outside of hotel and the next day, another front desk person said we have to rent. Very contradicting. Best to stick to one rule.

Due to flight cancellations, we checked in the morning of our check out date. We were still welcomed regardless and we were able to have our complimentary brekky and a decent lie down until it was time for us to move hotels.

Excellent place. The sorroundings are clean. Massive swimming pool and clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. Great food and service was excellent. Worth recommended to anyone. Would love to come back and stay with Fernvale again

Overall great stay. Some critques: received incorrect orders a couple of times (asked for chicken with the pasta, got a regular coke instead of coke zero), mold or gunk on the shower doors, and tried to order room service a couple of times but received no answer so ultimately had to go downstairs to place an order at the restaurant. Staff were very nice, location was close to the airport and downtown, convinient sari sari store across the hotel were we bought conditioner from since the hotel didnt provide it. pools were nice!

This was a great last minute booking find online that I had made myself because of the poorly designated hotel reservation & services made by a local Philippine travel agency named “Fully Booked”. That travel agency made reservations to a hotel named “Sky Garden” that was malodorous, beds/rooms were dusty, construction was going on across the street, even lobby looked dirty. What a scam! Beware of this travel agency that makes you do the work they are supposed to do and no refunds even offered. I’m grateful that Fernvale Leisure Club had a room that was available and provided wonderful free breakfast and free airport shuttle transport. Staff was highly customer-service oriented & responsive. Great pool area and garden landscape. Location is away from the noise of downtown area and has a gated security.

Pool water was not maintained. We believe got food poisoning from eating at this resort. Staff were friendly.

My family’s stay at Fernvale was a wonderful experience. Room was spacious, super clean, well stocked refrigerator and lots of ammenities. Bed was comfy, Wifi was fast & reliable. Staff was superb and took good care of us. On site restaurant was terrific. Swimming pool was gigantic and fun. Fernvale was the highlight of my trip to Coron.

My family and I booked a trip to Coron and we loved our experience in Fernvale! Food: the food tasted like my mom's cooking, hearty and felt like home. We ordered the sisig pizza every night (not joking) because it was so amazing. The breakfast buffet every morning was also great! They serve something a little different everyday and we loved the variety. They have every protein on the menu. Staff: all the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had left something at the airport and the front desk manager took all measure to help us and made all the phone calls since we did not have a local number. We also want to give a shoutout to the rest of the crew who always said hi to us with a smile and catered to our every need. I also want to add that when you need a ride to go into town, they come within 5 minutes of the staff calling them, Hotel appearance: clean and homey. There are only 18 rooms in this property so it was nice because it was quiet. After a long day of activities, it was nice to come back here, jump into their 2 huge pools, and enjoy peace and quiet. Price: fair and reasonable.

Place is a 10/10. Whole staff is awesome. Breakfast is very good. Rooms were great, especially with the ac. Water pressure in the shower is a bit weak but thats the onlly negative. The pool and bars are great. Its about a 10 min ride to the town on a trike and about 40 pesos a person. Its a great place to stay, you wont be disappointed.

Lovely oasis with amazing staff.The room was just right for the three of us and bathroom supplies were ample for our needs highly recommend for its natural quite ambiance and lovely pool with amazing design to have some spaces to stay with privacy…we love it!as well as free shuttle service from the airport.The breakfast buffet has variations which I like…just right.Would love to have freshly squeezed juice though like calamansi or pineapple rather than using powdered juice drinks…thank you for a lovely stay Mr.Fernandez at your hotel!

Pool, reception, entrance, security, clean, quiet and private yet close to town proper. Transportation to town proper is easy to get and is only 10mins away by tricycle. I would stay here again if I have a chance.
