I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, the room did not feel properly cleaned. I noticed hair underneath the sofa, visible stains, and even burned bed covers, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was also problematic—the toilet bowl was difficult to flush and did not seem well-maintained. What concerned me the most was the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Additionally, I found inappropriate items left under the bed, which further suggests that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before my stay. The room itself was also uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool because the window would not close properly, allowing outside air to come in. There was also no exhaust in the toilet, which made ventilation poor and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the TV was not functional as it couldn’t connect to the internet, limiting in-room entertainment. Overall, the hotel falls short in basic hygiene, comfort, and maintenance standards. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their cleaning procedures and facilities for future guests.

AC in the room is very old and not making the room cold fast. Lot of cocroaches in the room.

Stayed about an hour here and ran away to a new hotel the previous reviews had to have been left by recent parolees.

Very budget friendly and spacious

It's worst than budget motel. I am surprise with the good reviews. We were provided with 1 small soap for 5 people. No handsoap, no hand towels. Nothing in the kitchen, it would be nice if they put electric kettle. Bed makes noise when you move, provided with just 2 sheets, uncomfortable bed. Bathroom looks dirty. It was noisy with the drips from rain. Its cheap for sure but I wish they provide more information of what they offer.

I like how it had separate bedroom and bathroom located separately from room. The seating bench near the dining table was convenient and ample space. Great for a simple few nights to relax nothing crazy. Sometimes the AC did not work and has to use fans. The only wall outlet near the refrigerator could barely reach the fan placed in the room.

Affordable

The staff are very attentive and nice, property is clean. Will book again next time.

Good place to stay

The location is very convenient, they have a kitchen and grocery downstairs where you can buy food. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are neat and I love their towels.

Staff was very nice

Good for the price. Just dont expect too much. The bedding doesn't have a duvet just a plain cotton sheet. The place is a little bit rundown. No free water. There's a carenderia inside downstair so that's good. and a convenience store open 24 hrs. But a 7-11 is few feet away. They have a security guard if that is a plus for you.

I stayed in room 308. No Smart TV installed. I have no other option but to watch the TV, yet the reception is soooo weak. Overall, I stayed in a clean and peaceful place. My favorite place so far. Thank you! 👌

Room was very small, toilet kept plugging up. When I called for maintenance they brought me a plunger....No elevator...lots of stairs. No blanket on bed, sheet only. AC directly about 3 feet in front of bed. Service was very good, also had a convenient small food store . Photos posted to Hotels.com are not what I found.

The place is very accessible to shopping malls. Staff are very helpful and any concern is addressed right away.

I was not given free breakfast fast even though I paid for it "online". On request the front desk doesn't even take the initiative to check it . Worst is the bedbugs Not recommended.
