This is our preferred location In Dumaguete. We are always happy with the staff, location, parking, breakfast buffet, and massage and travel services in the lobby. Wifi was marginal, but no other negatives to speak of. I feel very safe and comfortable here and recommend.

When we checked out they made us wait until someone could go to the room and check it for who know what before we could check out. I have never been asked this before and was strongly offended.

Love the hotel and its location. Major down side was the wifi you could not work from your room wifi kept going in and out and extremely slow. I would have to go sit in the hallway by the elevator or go down stairs if I really needed wifi to work. Over all a great place.

The hotel is undergoing maintenance / renovation to the dining area so breakfast wasn’t as good as normal as its temporary relocation is in the Lobby.
Also absolutely no hot water in the bathroom for the duration of my stay (3 nights)
This is my third stay and aside from the above niggles it’s a great hotel with good staff and a good central location

Can’t complain too much as this is already one of the better hotels in dumaguete. They didn’t refill the water or the teas, had to call and ask. Also gave me a call in the morning and woke me up. Had wanted to sleep in. Just expect basic place to live. Probably already better than others around the area.
