Microtel by Wyndham Baguio

Fragrance diffuser in the lobby was nice but the scent was a bit strong.

Quiet area, less pollution compared to other places in Baguio.

Everything went really smooth, best hotel I went to so far. Kudos to the hospitality of the employees of this hotel.

Overall service was good. Our bus terminal was right within the property which was very convenient.

It could’ve been way better if they provide a notepad not just a piece of paper😁 Breakfast is good but for someone who doesn’t eat rice in the morning there’s not much options. Overall it was a great experience and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

If you're using Victory Liner to get to Baguio, this hotel is very convenient. Go to the second floor of the terminal and then take the bridgeway to Microtel. Room size was big enough and room was comfy enough. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were near a pretty busy road. It's great that they have free coffee & ice machine in the lobby and water dispensers on all levels. Breakfast was not super fancy but it was quite good and filling (just make sure not to get to the restaurant very late, especially on weekends or holidays). It's good that they provide options: there's always a fish, chicken and a pork/beef option). For non-coffee drinkers, there's hot chocolate, juice and milk (from the cereal station). There's steamed rice & fried rice, 2 kinds of bread (usually pan de sal & sliced sandwhich bread), eggs, cereal, fruit of the day and a simple salad bar. There's usually at least one choice of pastry. Staff was helpful. Water pressure was not very strong but decent. Water got nice and hot pretty quickly. It's good that they are trying to be more eco-friendly with their toiletries but they should change the shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower. It dispenses enough for washing your hands but to take a proper bath, you need to keep pressing the button for more. Wish we could open the windows more but they probably don't allow this for safety reasons. Walking distance to SM and restaurants. Overall, would recommend Microtel especially if you're taking Victory.

The property is very close to the bus terminal and the City Mall as well as other attractions. The hotel was very quiet and clean and offered a free Filipino style breakfast. They also have a brick oven pizza restaurant which was very good.

The check in and the staff are all wonderful!! The breakfast was great. We had a soap dispenser in our room that didn’t work and the sheets on the bed were very stiff, like starchy. We were also right close to the elevator and that made for very noisy nights. Overall, a good stay.

The location of the hotel was close to everything, especially the bus station right next door. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional.
