It's affordable and it's centre of the city where you can rent a motorcycle to go around Dumaguete.

The staff were excellent. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Also, the hotel is in walking distance to most of what Dumagette is known for. The condition of the property could use some updating but in didn’t bother me the least.

Some hotels in the Phils are located in obscure areas, so when you arrive you worry that you didn't book a quality hotel. I will say for certain, travelling around the Phils for awhile, that Obdulia's Business Inn is a quality hotel! I judge a hotel in the Phils on three things: shower, aircon, and cleanliness. All three were up to my satisfaction. The price was right too! I would stay there again if I travel through Dumaguete City. If you are travelling to another island, which I totally recommend Siquijor, the port is a twenty minute walk via the waterfront.

We arrived in the evening and the room didn’t have towels. I was told that it won't be available for till the morning. Long argument with the receptionist and what made it worst when they offer comforter to use and I said no way in the hell I would use it so they gave me a used towel. See photo! Which made it so much worst! I spoke with the manager alvin who is off duty. He knows this incident. Fresh towel came almost midnight as they had to go get it from the laundry shop. It was a very stressful experience for us.

The room is spacious and clean. Hot shower working properly. AC in good condition. Though, the tv reception isn't that good, but overall, the accommodation is great. The staff were accommodation. I arrived in the evening. Checkout was smooth. Staff very efficient. Location is perfect as it's in the city center. Pleasant experience!

My stay was overall good! Maybe the only thing that bothered me was that the curtain for the window, in the room I stayed in, did not fully cover the window. Which kinda made me a bit scared. What if people might see through the window. But other than that, everything was fine.

Rate is affordable. Spacious room & friendly staff. The room is outdated. Need to freshen up wallpaper to make the room brighter and not as drab. Bathroom sink is clogged. Walking distance to restos & cafes. A “pedicab” ride to points of interests within the city.

Nice and clean room. Proximity to the city, church, malls, market and transport terminals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Affordable price. WiFi sometimes fails but fixed fast to cater to its clients. Overall, worth coming back to stay. Next time vacation.
