Excellent Building, Staff and Amenities. Enjoyed the stay while there visiting from America. Would recommend to friends, family, tourists and locals. It was soo good! The staff were all so warm with their service. It was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it was such a good experience. They explained everything to us and gave us a little room orientation. Will definitely book again.

Radisson was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was good except most of the main dishes were too salty for me. The corn beef, Indian mung beans soup was salty, the Chinese braised beef was salty. The dining tables were dusty and the base of the tables were dirty and needed to be swept. The dining area was always cold in the morning.

Hotel was well-maintained and clean. Staff were nice. Upon check out, I saw a sign that we can check out earlier. This should have been mentioned upom checking in to avoid traffic when guests check out, or there should be signs inside the rooms about this. Otherwise, our stay was very memorable and we will definitely be back soon.
