I checked in at 2pm,the receptionist not approachable,never smile,I went down 2 times since the aircon is not working,it's been more 1hr that aircon was on (16°c ) never been cold,she just told to Wait till 6pm until the technician will come.I requested if she can transfer me to another but she got angry. I was very upset until she cold her manger and they transfered me to another room..The room is clean the only problem is the receptionist.

The room was horrible and extremely dirty. It appears that there is no dedicated cleaning staff and the front desk receptionist and security guy is it. The bathroom had dirt and mould everywhere on the floor and walls. When we asked for the bathroom floor mat to be changed because it had holes in it and looked like a dirty rag the security guy just took it with him and never replaced it. As for the bedroom the floors and cabinet tops were filthy. My feet were black with dirt from just walking. The bed blanket was also holed and only covered half the bed. To top it all off the bed squeaked every time we moved. We were a group of three and also booked another room for the third person which was just as disgusting as our room. My best advise is just don't EVER stay at this hotel.

Staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel room is small and not well maintained. The bathroom door came out from its hinges, my fius blew and definitely not worth the price I paid for the hotel. Won;lt be returning to the hotel again

Having a elevator number 1 n just around the corner is SM Mall . Staff n employees very friendly.But anyone who books a room .Be advice to mark off free breakfast ok . There breakfast is out of this world. But be advised that it’s a older hotel n needs improvement done to it Bur overall it’s a great place to stay
