We will provide you with clear instructions on how to access the property prior to your arrival. Check-out: Our self check-out process is available before 12 NN and is also flexible. Simply leave the keys in the designated location and you're good to go! Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but you may smoke on the balcony. Vaping is allowed inside the property. Parties and visitors: We do not allow parties on the premises and have a limit on the number of visitors. Please request approval beforehand. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise level down after 9 PM. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time. Children are welcome, though! Laundry: There is a laundry store located in Durban street called "Let's talk Dirty". ATM access: There are 24/7 ATMs available at 7/11 and Makati Place Hotel. Restaurants: There are plenty of restaurants open 24/7 in the area. If you have any preferences or dietary requirements, please don't hesitate to ask. There are also many vegan options available nearby! Transportation: Taxi are available 24/7 for your convenience. Security: In case of emergency, there is a security office located on the 3rd floor that is open 24/7.
