Vivere Hotel

The location and the place was clean.

I booked the reservation for my stepdaughter & her husband from Chicago. & both of them are pleased with their stay. They said the breakfast was great & the view’s spectacular. Me & my husband stays at Vivere for various of times & loved it.

Family friendly hotel. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests and made me feel welcome. Their excellent customer service was one of the highlights of my experience at the hotel.

Clean Nice staff Great breakfast

Vivere hotel and staff make you feel at home. All of them are very helpful, respectful and the ambience is just excellent. We come to this hotel before and after going to Laguna. It relaxes us and it’s near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for friends and family to stay.

Everything was good! Perfect and staff were very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed a total of six nights across separate bookings during our two-week trip. During our time out of the country, the hotel kindly stored our belongings, which was very convenient. In previous years, we’ve always enjoyed staying at Vivere, which is why we chose it again. However, for the last three nights of this stay, we were assigned an outdated room that did not meet our past experiences. The shower and bathroom door had visible stains, the shower gel and shampoo bottles were also stained, and the couch had an unpleasant odor. As soon as I entered the room I phoned reception to ask about possibly moving rooms, but I was only offered cleaning or minor repairs. The room otherwise is clean, the housekeeper was nice and accomodate our needs. Although I didn’t pursue a room change further, this was disappointing as we’ve never encountered such issues at Vivere before. That said, we still appreciate the hotel overall, and the staff remain kind and helpful as always.

This is my second time staying at Vivere Hotel. I highly recommend it. We enjoy our work out at the gym before the wedding event. The shop is at walking distance great locations and very safe environment. Thank you once again Vivere Hotel staff your Team is so awesome.

Our room was dusty and it looked like a semi finished apartment. The tv at check in was broken, maintenance did come to replace it. The windows were dirty and overall, the room didn’t feel clean.
