Hotel Aurora Family & SPA

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the sea, making it perfect for beach lovers. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, especially in a busy area. The food was delightful, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Each meal was a treat, and the quality was consistently high. The service was exceptional, with staff members going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and hassle-free vacation by the sea.

Excellent; family oriented mid - range hotel, very convenient location, just across from the pier. Also, very pleasant and professional staff. We will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel. Close to beach and some nice restaurants. Very busy resort town in July. Family friendly. Helpful and friendly staff. Good air conditioning.

Cleanliness of room/hotel was perfect the hotel staffs were very nice and ever ready to assist in anyway. Went with my family and our holiday was brilliant as the hotel was right facing the seaside with its own private beach which made it very comfortable for us. The breakfast was all you can eat and its such a lovely space for a breakfast within the hotel area. Will 100% stay again with my family.

Hotel and staff were great but the laundry service was over-priced. Cost of 20 zlt for a t-shirt and 6 zlt for a pair of socks is a rip-off. For our laundry needs, we would have paid 300zlt which expensive even for Canadians.

The hotel is on the main square, opposite the pier, in my room all the windows were double glazed but with no air conditioning, and if you leave the window open the music can be heard all night. The room itself was clean, i had twin singe beds, terrible pillows that didn't offer much support, but that's probably the same everywhere, clean basic shower facilities with dove soap but no other shower products, basic tv all in Polish, basic fridge in room and safe in cupboard that wasnt attached. There was a Cardio studio which had 3 machines and only one seemed to work properly. There was a wellness area offering massage, the pool was large, say 25m, a jacuzzi, and sauna was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was fine and clean, and the staff helpful and pleasant. There is also a restaurant, pizza shop and hairdresser on the ground floor and underground carpark which you pay roughly £7 per day. Overall probably a better then average place, and probably one of the better ones in the area.

Veldig bra familie hotell med perfekt beliggenheten midt i smørøyet i byen. Vi hadde et av de fem største rommene med panoramautsikt sjøen mot moloen. Kan absolutt anbefales.

Es war sehr schön.

Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und heil. Frühstücksbuffet Auswahl sehr groß und tolle Qualität. Spa Bereich auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber funktionell und einladend. Gym in einem Nebenraum im Garagenkeller, wenig einladend. Parken teuer und in der Tiefgarage nicht für E-Autos möglich. Lage direkt an der Molo, mitten in der Stadt und weniger Meter vom Strand.

Es war eine rundum tolle Unterkunft für unseren 3 Tätigen Kurzurlaub. Wir durften auch unseren Hund mitnehmen und zentraler kann man es wahrscheinlich nicht haben. 1 Stern Abzug habe ich gegeben, weil ich meinen Hund nicht mit zum Frühstück nehmen durfte. Meine Begleitung und ich musste getrennt frühstücken. Wir haben zuvor erwähnt, dass wir einen Welpen mitnehmen wollen. Sowas hätten wir gerne zuvor gewusst. Sonst alles top

Wir können die Apartments empfehlen, sehr groß, tolle Aussicht und sauber. Besonders gut ist das Hotel für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist vom Stil etwas altbacken. Das Personal ist äßerst freundlich.

Es war alles Top, aber leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch an Kinder wurde mitgedacht. Das Essensangebot war super und reichlich für jedermann vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten waren leider schlecht, sodass man auf einen privaten Parkplatz ausweichen musste. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr dunkel und es roch bei uns im Zimmer sehr nach Abfluss. Internet und TV Empfang war leider sehr schlecht.

Gebuchtes Frühstück bei Expedia war beim Check In an der Reception nicht mehr zu finden auf der Buchungsbestätigung . Nur gegen Bezahlung pro Person 70 zt und pro Nacht. Personal sehr unfreundlich und unambitioniert. Der Zimmerservice lässt benutzte Tassen einfach stehen. Teebeutel und Wasser werden nicht aufgefüllt. Minibar war immer leer. Betten normal hergerichtet also nichts besonderes. Und wenn man Glück hatte hat man noch ein frisches Handtuch bekommen. Niemals die 5 Etage buchen da ständig Waschmaschinenbetrieb ( Housekeeping) . Lautsprecher auf dem Dach des Hotels erzeugen künstlich Vogelgeräuche um Möven zu vertreiben. Wer Möven sehen möchte nutzt die Zeispanne von 0 Uhr bis 04 Uhr. Pool und Welnessbereich sehr klein. 5 liegen für das ganze Hotel. Kein Hotel eigenden Parkplatz zu Verfügung. Koffer müssen über die Promenade getragen werden.Fernsehen Lautsprecher gedrosselt so das man kaum was hört und wlan Empfang sehr schwach. Matratzen sehr hart und unbequem . Strand sehr dreckig und keine Mülleimer. Sind bald 1 km weiter gelaufen da war es halbwegs sauber. Preis und Leistung für das Geld nicht gerechtfertigt. Keine 4 Sterne.

War gut

Die Heizung im Zimmer ging nur stundenweise. Als wir das an der Rezeption gesagt haben, daß unser Zimmer kalt sei,bekamen wir nur schwammige Ausreden und dass 20 Grad im Zimmer reichen. Dann bekamen wir eine Elektroheizung auf unser Zimmer. Also nie wieder Hotel Aurora und wenn mich mal jemand fragt zu diesem Hotel, werde ich sagen,im Sommer kann man hinfahren aber im Winter nicht.
