Great hotel with very kind and helpful staff! Surrounded by restaurants and cute market just a couple of blocks away.

Made the right choice booking Eden Hotel. I am not a fan of large chain hotels and prefer some history and character. Eden had this. The old Jewish quarter is wonderful and so glad I picked. Family room really large with 3 beds 1 in separate room. Staff nice but out so much did not have lots of interaction.

We stayed at Hotel Eden for one night on the 5th June 2025. The hotel is inside an old building within the Jewish quarter of Krakow. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Our room, on the first floor, was compact with essentially space for a double bed and a bathroom. The room was clean and well presented with a view over a dining courtyard. Some hotels can be very noisy in large cities, but our stay was very peaceful and quiet which we appreciated. Breakfast for 2 was included within our price and this was an excellent selection of Polish and continental cuisine. There was also facility to leave your luggage while you go and visit Krakow. Overall, a very pleasant albeit short stay at the hotel and great value for money.

This hotel was in a great position in the Jewish quarter. It was an easy walk into the centre of Krakow market square. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

It was a great location, very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great. The hotel setup our Auschwitz tour and kindly provided us with a hearty lunch to take. Food area right beside the hotel. The only issue we had was that the room was slightly warm, but in fairness we never talked to the front desk about it so possibly our problem.

Always stay in this hotel, in a great location and the area is nice and quiet

Lovely property with great surrounding areas. Very small walk from the jewish ghetto aswell. Great historical setting.

Very quiet at rear of prpoerty which was fortunate given vibrancy of area. All clean and comfortable. The young staff were very helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Camera pulita e di giuste dimensioni, zona ottimale per visitare la città, molti locali per bere e mangiare nei dintorni. Unica nota negativa probabilmente nella camera sopra la mia c'era un elefante, ad ogni passo che faceva vibravano i lampadari e si sentiva molto

The a/c in my room did not work. It took two days to get another room. Minor annoying details needed to be fixed. The breakfast was excellent. Overall it does rate three stars as advertised.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, although it was a little noisy outside because of passing revellers. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and the dining room was very atmospheric. We had a lovely stay.
