Highly recommended stay. I would certainly return for my next visit. I encountered an error with my reservation. The front desk employee, Wenika, provided exceptional assistance in resolving my issue and alleviating any concerns I had. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Additionally, Patuyya (I am uncertain if I spelled it correctly) progressed the situation smoothly. The location is great, but there was some construction on site that caused noise early in the morning.

Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff ready to help you at any moment. Even when accidents happen at 2 AM (throwing up from car sickness), the new sheets and the duvet were there within five minutes!

I loved this hotel, very close to the entertainment district within Warsaw, easy walking distance to many attractions and sites. The hotel has services such as breakfast and you can make dinner reservations in the restaurant, easy to work with staff that will easily accommodate request such as taxi services etc. The room that I received was mind blowing!! I chose the King 1 bedroom suite and it did not disappoint!! Luxury mixed with modern touches!! It was just as the pictures shown.. The one picture they don’t show is that in the Livingroom of this suite the ceiling is glass which made for incredible night views. If you’re from the states and traveling to Poland for the first time consider staying at this hotel for your stay!

Boutique hotel with few rooms at the most convenient location in Warsaw, but within quiet, pleasant and safe neighborhood. Impressive historical architecture, blended with modern design and contemporary conveniences . Excellent restaurant.

Hotel indigo was lovely and modern, located near popular shopping and restaurant area. A bit far from the old town, but we did walk there a few times. Breakfast was delicious and different than the normal American fare. We loved it. Lobby was beautiful and comfortable and the bar was great too. Bartender was nice and friendly and made great drinks. Room was modern and comfortable. The light switches were very odd though, and hard to figure out. You would try to turn on a specific light and instead the whole room would go dark. Also, we like a cool room for sleeping and couldn’t get the AC to cool much, if at all. It was comfortable for the day, but at night under a heavy duvet it was too warm. Beds and pillows and bedding were all very comfortable, and our room was serviced daily without problem. All hotel staff were very friendly and nice. All in all we were satisfied and liked the hotel

Hotel is excellent. Clean, attentive service and the best breakfasts we have ever experienced. Fantastic room too. Couldn't fault the stay..They just need to do something about the Nescafé coffee machines that produce luke warm coffee.

Our room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable but very small. The staff were excellent and the sauna experience one of the best I've had.

My stay was wonderful. The front desk staff are all to be commended for professionalism and giving me sound advice on a umber of things Loved my room too

The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of the museums, old town, and the main shopping area. The reception staff were all very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to see. The bar area was great for a nightcap and the breakfast was amazing… Prosecco for breakfast! Ours kept us satiated until supper time!

Was super clean and affordable, great decor

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel; the location was great for the Xmas festivities, places to eat, walking tours. The hotel itself was great, friendly staff and the breakfast will blow you away!
