Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value hotel in a convenient location.

Very good for the price. Good included breakfast, clean rooms. Location is a bit far from the city centre but you can easily get the train right in front of the hotel for only 5 pln/5min to the centre.

Good service and breakfast. Reasonable price. Too noisy - hotel located near the railway road.

On-site free car parking. Nicely decorated hotel building. Comfortable, clean room (the beds, though, are too low). Rich breakfast. All you need for a pleasant stay.

This was the worst hotel I've been in Poland. When I arrived at the reception, there was already a student party going on.. No one of the hotel informed me about that issue before to arrive. The noise was so unbearable that I had to ask a room on the last floor (the 3rd). Even there, on the room I had to listen all the night the noises from the ground floor (where the student party was located). They stopped to play the disco music at 5 AM!, and I had to leave the hotel at 7 because I had to reach the airport in Katowice. Moreover, they have charged me 26 EUR, just because I've choosen the room on the 3rd floor instead the one on the 1st floor (where it was even impossible sleep with the earplugs, due to the high noise and the vibration of the speakers coming from the ground floor). The room was also dirty, with some bed bugs. Don't choose this hotel.

Wenn jemand Location in direcker Nähe eine Bahnstation sucht, dann ist er dort gerade richtig. Dazu gibt's keinen Lift oder jemanden der ihnen bei dem Gepäck helfen würde! Die Gleichgültigkeit ist überweltigent. Beim Auschecken war keiner in der Rezeption, na ja die Rechnung war schon bezahlt. Aber jetzt kommt das Beste! Private Party, mit sehr laute Musik, direkt unter meinem Zimmer, bis nach 23 Uhr. Und noch BESSER Aufräumarbeiten, inklusive Möbel Verschiebung, bis HALB 2 IN DER NACHT!!! Also Gast ist dort bestimmt kein König.

This hotel isn't a crowd-pleaser with something for everyone; but what it does, it does impeccably.

Anderledes og virkelig polsk indrettet, god mad, venlig betjening.

Friendly staff, OK food, old rooms with not so good beds. No AC in room with 31 celsius so had open window and train passed close to the hotel several times during night.

Mycket bra service, trevlig personal. Mysig miljö och mycket god mat och stora portioner, bra pris dvs mycket för pengarna. Välstädat och de städa rummet mellan våra två nätter. Enda nackdel var att det inte fanns hiss upp till tredje våningen.
