First time visit to Krakow and the hotel could not have been in a more convenient central location right on the main square. The reception staff could not have been more kind and helpful. View from the bedroom window was spectacular over the main square

I loved my stay at Hotel Wentzl. It sits in the most charming square. The service was spectacular… I had to leave early for a tour so they made sure I had a sack breakfast to take with me with plenty of food. I thought that was really nice that they care about their guests in that way.

We had a fab 4 night stay at Hotel Wentzl. Stayed in a delux double room overlooking the Square. Large comfy room. Excellent communication with the Hotel prior and during our stay. Location is perfect. Fab selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast. Restaurant closed due to refurbishment. Highly recommend
