Pretty good location

We enjoyed the room, it was clean and they had decorated it nicely for our anniversary. Location was great. The only thing I would suggest is that they have a small fridge in the room.

We really enjoyed everything about our short stay.

room had absolutely no room for belongings, no dresser or closet just a bed with little room to enjoy guests

Heat was out so it was cold. Cleaning lady didn't change sheets for 10 days. They NEVER left clean cups for tea. but overall, it was still good. They have a hell of a good cook!

Bathroom very small… shower could be greatly improved..no fridge in the room … tv needs to have closed caption so you can convert language to English.. and you tube needs to be added , the programming was local and only in polish ..

Nice modern hotel, in a good location, a two minute walk to the nearest tram stops. A good breakfast with a decent choice of things to eat, even for someone like me who is celiac. The room itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, and even had a kettle in the room (which not all European hotels have). The only very minor issue, was one night there was a child staying in the room above me, and I could hear them running about, but fortunately it didn't last long. I ended up extended my stay in the hotel by an extra night.

I've stayed there 4 times now. Its one o the best. Except they are Coke Product only now. and setting up the outside table was a great idea! Rooms are clean and comfy. avoid the rooms with 2 beds. beds are hard as a rock

Enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Ibis Warszawa Centrum for a week, and it was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. The listing on Expedia clearly stated that heating was provided, but in reality, only the bathroom had heat. The room itself was freezing, with night temperatures dropping to around 3°C. I couldn’t sleep properly for several nights because of how cold it was. When I finally asked the front desk for help, I was told the technician doesn’t work at night and was only given an extra blanket—which did almost nothing. The next day, I reminded the reception, but they said no request had been logged. I had to ask again to get it addressed. The worst part came when I followed up the third time. A staff member named Beata refused to help at all and was completely dismissive. For a hotel under the Ibis brand, this level of service and disregard for basic comfort is unacceptable. If you’re staying here during cold weather, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. What’s advertised is not what you get.

Great location with very good connections by bus or tram; very helpful and careful staff - they allowed us an early check-in, because the the room was already prepared; smart room with comfy bed, coffee / tea maker, channel tv, desk, closet, seating area, good wifi, good shower; fresh, rich, tasty breakfast; check-out at noon.

It is an average hotel, nothing extra. Restaurant is actually quite good and recommend it for lunch. Breakfast bufet is a bit overpriced so would not advise to purchase if it is not included.

Comfortable and clean hotel with helpful staff! Easy walk to transportation and good restaurants around the hotel if you are looking for something other than their restaurant. Ibis breakfast was also delicious and had many options. Will definitely be staying here again.
