Q Hotel Plus Krakow

Great location for walking into the city and far enough to be out of the way. Highly recommend. Got the bus to the airport which was right outside the hotel, should have got the bus there at it was super convenient

Good enough hotel... A bit more oriented to business travel or someone who doesn't mind walking a bit too Stare Miasto

It was close to the Wawel castle. A little too far to walk to the old town where all the historical buildings are. Breakfast buffet was too expensive.

We loved this hotel. Sleek, large room, easy walk to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were large and the bed comfy, although it was 2 singles pushed together and they weren’t zip linked so did move slightly creating a gap. Good selection at breakfast and food in restaurant was good. Room service available. The hotel has parking but pre-book it before you arrive.

Hotel check in was very quick and smooth. The room was very clean including the bathroom. conveniently located next to coffee shops, bus station, 15 mins walk to city centre.

Great location, rooms, breakfast, amenities. Traveled with family and rhe loved it.

The property was lovely and clean. Staff were a little slow on the bar service at the time we were there. Maybe another staff member due to large group also waiting for drinks would be helpful.

Lack of parking was the only issue.

Your staff is excellent even when not easy, like serving my group of 9 people just before the restaurant closed. The complimentary bottle of wine to my room was a very elegant detail. Basic but nice.

Very good breakfast. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only shower gel. I believe that such amenities should be provided in a 4star hotel. You can also hear every door slam in the hallway from the room.

Excellent staff very good hotel with good location

The hotel is close to the river, and immediately across from the convention center, which is perfect if visiting for a conference. The room I had was very quiet, had nice amenities, and staff provided great service every day. The bathroom floor was heated, which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, and open for a decent amount of time. The only thing lacking was shampoo or any other toiletries. All that is provided is pump-bottle soap for both vanity and shower. There may be a option to pick some up at the front desk, but by the time I realized it, I just had to forgo washing my hair. Otherwise, it's a great property. Desk staff were very helpful when I was trying to sort out the bus to airport at the end of my stay. One even walked me to the door to show me exactly where to go for the bus station. I highly recommend it.

This one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a long time. The desk staff are exceedingly helpful and the property is meticulously maintained. I recommend the Q Hotel in Krakow without reservation.
