Beautifully located right in Tomar’s amazing park! . Quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite reasonable - all the standards. Staff was excellent. Loved using the sauna and massage pools. Earned all of the four stars.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. The room and bathroom were lovely, the water hot, the towels fluffy. In-room robes were a nice touch. The breakfast was beautifully presented, delicious, and plentiful. Patricia, our main concierge, was beyond helpful and charming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel. Great location on an island between old an new city. Beneath the castle . The room was great, the good was great. What stands out is the level of service . I felt like I was at home.

This was our favorite stay of our many weeks' trip throughout Portugal. It is a charming European style hotel with a modern twist. It felt like a home away from home. The staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable about Tomar and surrounding area. The hotel is situated on BEAUTIFUL grounds that we strolled several times during our stay. This is a place to enjoy and refresh, and we can't wait to return one day.

So beautiful! Terrific amenities such as indoor/outdoor pool, massage therapist, fresh squeezed oj and papaya and fresh bread, amazing pastries and farm fresh eggs each morning. And soooo walkable! All the staff - guest services, dining staff, housekeeping were kind, helpful, gracious, and welcoming!! The hotel is set in a park on the river with walking bridges to each side. And our balcony looking over the park and river and phenomenal views of Knights Templar castle, which is within walking distance from the hotel.
