My apartment was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable, with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The view alone is worth the visit — vibrant, lively, and full of the authentic charm that makes Porto so special. Waking up to the bustling street below and watching the city come to life from the comfort of the apartment was truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is just as impressive. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, it manages to feel both stylish and cozy at the same time. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, making it a perfect home away from home. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Porto, surrounded by shops, cafés, and historic landmarks. I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be more perfect — right on Rua Santa Catarina, one of the best and most vibrant streets in the city. Everything was within walking distance: amazing shops, great restaurants, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was incredible — beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, offering the perfect mix of modern comfort and local character. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city — it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Le bien : Appartement bien situé avec minimum d’équipement satisfaisant. Le décevant : voyageant avec ma fille, j’avais choisi cet appartement car doté d’un lit et d’un sofa lit. Il n’y avait pas de sofa en arrivant. Nous l’avons demandé dès notre arrivée. Sans réponse de ON Appartment Findmeinporto, nous avons dû relancer le lendemain matin, en signalant par ailleurs que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a répondu que tout serait solutionné dans la journée. Nous avons téléphoné en fin de journée et on nous a éconduit assez sèchement. À noter que la propreté laisse à désirer et que l’écoulement de la douche est faible. Résultat : 2 nuits inconfortables. Et une énorme déception quant à nos rapports avec l’agence. Je serai reconnaissant à Hôtel.com de nous obtenir un dédommagement. Ci joint photo et échanges par WhatsApp.
