We had a great time staying in this geust house. The reception didn't speak very good English but they were kind and we got by. We were not able to use the laundry that had been advertised on the site, this is the main reason we did not give 5 stars. The price was fair and the room was small but cozy. The bathroom is very small but still served our needs just fine. The building is gorgeous. We recommend this place for travellers trying to save some money but who still want great hospitality and a clean place!

Great option, helpful reception, very spacious rooms, right next to the metro station. No on site breakfast but there is a local cafe the other side of the park it faces on to open day and night that is very inexpensive.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. You can hear next room's guests and street noise so get ear plugs if you're light sleeper :-) Metro nearby which is great for transportation. Only downfall for me was that there is no tarrace for general use. Good place.

so we stayed 5 nights, about the cleaning I give 10 out of 10 points ,but when it comes night its night mare you cant sleep with all the noises outside the streets and our room was as soon as you enter the outside door so when they ring the bell you can hear and even there walking steps , after 1 st night we immediately told 1 of the reception that was duty that day and he told me I cannot do nothing and we stayed hearing all the noises of in and out side .PS to the management try not to ignore this as it's not fair you come to unstress your self and you will find the visversa.

Nice apartment close to many cafes and restaurants. The actual room was a comfortable size but the bathroom was a very tight squeeze, you can't get your legs in front of the toilet. The shower however is lovely and you can see it has been recently refurbished. Be advised that the area can be quite noisy at night and the street lamps are on all night too. So if you are sensitive to light take an eye mask as there are no light blocking curtains. The owner was very lovely. I had no problems at all during my 4 night stay.

We stayed in Porto for one night. Hotel is very central, close to the metro station and easy to get around and into the city centre. Clean room and bathroom and good value for money. Service was not the best as there was never someone at reception and we constantly would have to ring the bell and wait at reception for someone to answer.

Uber found the place easily and we got a friendly and helpful greeting from the staff who thankfully helped us with the luggage up 6 flights of stairs to room 8 (no lift but good exercise for the thighs!). The room was generally very clean except for the top of the wardrobe, firm beds as is the norm in Portugal but slept very well. The accommodation is traditional and we had a great view of the park. Within the park is a cafe and access to the metro, at the front door is a bus stop and taxi rank, all very convenient. Lot's of coffee shops surround the park where you can get breakfast for €2 each and a good Chinese restaurant a 5 minute walk away. Great value for money basic accommodation.

I'm in love of this hotel. Excellent location, safe, with everything close. Many places to eat, the metro is in front of the hospital, the hop on hop off bus is close also. The only thing I would change is to put an elevator just in the case you're traveling with many bags but in other case doesn't matter. The room was so nice, so clean but a little cold even that doesn't matter because they offer you great bed sheets. I definitely come back to this hotel and absolutely I would recommend.
