Holiday Inn LISBON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Not very far from the old city, and either a taxi or Uber will get you anywhere without raiding the bank! We had a problem with the shower stall. Water was leaking onto the floor. We did report this, but not much was done to fix it.

This property was ok. Pool was not open and pool bar closed at 7:30 so couldn’t enjoy the views. They have charged me for a hold and still have NOT put the money back in my account. A hold, another payment then a correction and then full payment. Have ignored my messages.

Great for an overnight stay in Lisbon close to the airport.

The staff were very nice and their breakfast was good

Hotel was a pleasant stay, quiet and comfortable friendly staff who spoke Portuguese, English, Spanish, Deutch and others, the only thing that bothered me was constant smell of smokers in rooms

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the room kept tidy and fresh every day. I appreciated that new towels were provided daily. One thoughtful detail I really liked was that the room service staff returned the coins we accidentally dropped by placing them neatly back on the bed — a small but meaningful gesture. The air conditioner worked very well, keeping the room comfortable throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience.

Rooms are little small. Breakfast is really good. Staff are courteous.

The hairdryer is something from the 1960’s. No access to balcony, on the balcony the privacy steel plates were blowing in the wind creating a lot of noise. Hugo at the front desk was wonderful.

We didn’t have WiFi in our room. It wasn’t operating.

Fire alarm went off several times when there was no fire and nobody was told it was going to go off as other guests came out of their rooms confused. It went off for a long period of time, several times.

It's a very nice hotel in cheap price

should be free parking for the guest.

Great housekeeping and friendly staff

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no smile—just a cold, indifferent attitude. Basic hospitality manners, such as wishing guests or making them feel welcome, were completely absent. The service was equally unpleasant. The staff acted as if they were doing a favor by attending to guests, and any request was met with irritation. There were no clear guidelines provided about hotel policies, and they failed to explain important details at check-in, which led to unnecessary confusion later on. Overall, the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. If you value good customer service and a pleasant stay, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This hotel seriously needs to train its staff in basic hospitality and customer service.

The restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast and suppers we had were delicious. The staff were lovely.

Its a Holiday Inn, when it comes to looks and service I would say it is what is expected (in a good way). Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable, and very well located, you can walk to cafes and restaurants. They offer parking for about 10 euros a night if I remember well. Very nice staff.

The hotel was about eight minutes walk to metro stations and was on a bus route. We found places to eat within walking distance. The dinner in the hotel was average, but it was convenient for us on one evening. Lisbon is a fabulous city to visit. We will definitely be going back.
