Lovely 2 night break. Reception staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Lobby smelt lovely. Room was compact but expected for a city centre hotel, cute balcony facing the street. Breakfast was very good, cold and hot options. staff very welcoming. Good location near the Clerigos Church. All in all a perfect hotel for our needs.

Stayed at this historic property 10 years ago. Returned to enjoy over again ... was not disappointed .. convenient in historic center of Porto, close to transportation, surrounded by restaurant opportunities, shopping, close to the river. Only wish that the hotel restaurant and bar had been open to re-light those particular memories. Would like to return once the ongoing Metro expansion is completed.

Courteous check-in. Very nice breakfast spread. AC worked great. Central location to walking from Sao Bento Train Station and eating places. Stronger bathroom lighting would be nice. Allowed us to remove fridge snacks for our things to keep fresh.

To start with I was allowed to check in slightly earlier which was a bonus. The rooms were fine - basic but adequate and the bathroom was clean & shower superb! Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and a big Thankyou to the ladies on reception who helped me purchase my Boavista match tickets online . The metro station Aliados is 5 mins walk away max. A bit hilly walking back from the river but I would definitely recommend this for a low cost stay

The hotel is in a quiet side street, just off one of the main squares in Porto. It is really handy to walk to nearly all the main tourist attractions, although we hadn’t realised Porto was so hilly. Very close to a couple of railway stations. Receptionists were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Rooms ok, beds comfy, where we were it was very quiet. Breakfast is help yourself. Good range of breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, not much cooked and a bit basic. Didn’t eat dinner there as there are hundreds of places to eat. Very enjoyable stay, lots to do in Porto.

The hotel is in a historical building and it has got very interesting architectural. The location of the hotel is great. It’s close to many restaurants and historical sites. The staff were fantastic. There were lot of selection of fresh fruits and hot food for breakfast. It will definitely recommend this hotel.
