Excellent hotel, well located to get the metro into town or to the airport. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Mini bar, tea coffee and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Would certainly stay again.

Not very memorable. Staff were lovely but the bath plug didn’t work so the water would drain - we couldn’t have a bath! and the aircon didn’t work so we were boiling all night.

Our stay at this hotel was great overall. Convenient location as its just a few minutes away from the metro line so you can easily access the whole city and there were many restaurants all around. Clean environment and professional service from the staff. Very accommodating and friendly.

I felt very taken care of there. The staff was so helpful and kind..The hallways, the elevator, the front desk was so clean..and modern.. the rooms furniture though did not match that..The furniture was old, the windowsill looked like a dog had gnawed on it..the mattress could have been newer and more comfortable

Property was okay except for dining options -- it reports limited room service and that's being kind. But the reason I give it a poor rating is the shower! Water is not very hot and it's hard to get anything out of the soap and shampoo dispenser but I really didn't like that you had to hold the shower wand rather than being able to set it up on the rod and the wand was the only option.
