This hotel is extremely convenient, with a tram stop right outside the building. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it is also very close to major attractions. Both check-in and check-out were straightforward and smooth. The environment was pleasant, the location was excellent, and the room was well equipped. It included full kitchen facilities and utensils, which made the stay very comfortable. The only small area for improvement would be if the television supported phone mirroring, which would have made the stay perfect.

This property had everything i needed. I felt it was quite affordable for the quality service. You couldn't possibly need anything else. The only downside was that the reception was down the road in a different property however I did not mind this much as they were always very responsive and proactive. Also, as I had everything I needed in good working condition, there was hardly a need to go to reception. The cleanliness was superb. I would stay here again.

Location is central and great with shops and restaurants around. But note you pick up the key card in a hotel down the road and this place is an unmanned annex with no but the cleaning staff when they come to clean the rooms. Though no smoking signs are everywhere, guests have obviously been smoking as the room smelt of stale cigarette and during my there was the strong smell of marijuana as guests flouted the no smoking rule. The decor could do with an upgrade. It was a comfortable stay notwithstanding.

I had a room on the 5th floor, window too high for a view but the room was very specious & bright & comfortable with all desirable amenities. Supermarkets & A few restaurants close by. Just a 5-minute walk to the Powder Tower/Smetana Hall, Palladium & Florentina malls.

The apartment is lovely, the kitchen and bathroom are useful and overall great value for money. Check in is in urban creme hotel a 2min walk from Alveo suites apartments which was good to know. The staff here were very nice.

Nice 4 star quality serviced apartment in the centre of Prague with good public transport links. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops nearby including a Lydl supermarket open until 11pm.

First we went to Alveo Suites. The room was very small. No air conditioning. So hot in room when we checked in. Went back to the Urban Creme where the front desk is and told them about it and they switched us to the Urban Creme where there was air and very friendly front desk. The building was new compared to the very old building.

It's not bad hotel, but unfortunately noisy, windows are really big and you can't open it to have fresh air, no conditioner (( and in bathroom smells really bad.
