Stay there every year when visiting my parents. It’s on Metro line ( public transportation is fantastic in Prague with directions I’m English and German), 5 minutes walk from my parents apartment.

Went to PRG to visit my parents. The hotel is within the walkable distance, fun, full of sports people, friendly bar and a beer garden. Even bowling alley.
Great breakfast buffet ( extra charge) and on Metro line.

My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!)
Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech.

Pleasant landscape setup and facilities.
There were several errors in my registration plus added taxes that were uncalled for and for which I should receive reimbursement.
The hotel staff kindly recommended a taxi service to use. While they were fine, they still have yet to issue me a receipt. Another issue still pending with the hotel

The hotel was at capacity however the staff was insufficient to cope. Queues at reception were ridiculously long, queues at the bar the same (it took an hour to get a drink). Staff were rushed and rude. Staffing levels should have been increased to account for the number of guests. I would definitely not recommend.

Hotel was clean, but the room service was not very good. no real daily cleaning done at all. They folded old towels, barely made the bed, exchanged dirty coffee mugs, but never put them back in the proper spots, did not top up the mini bar. Below average for sure.

The hotel is far from
Old town but there is metro close to it.. I smell smoke on our room not sure if they allow people to smoke in their rooms but it kept me up all night..

Everything was perfect, the staff( thank Karim for your excellent service!), the food and the room. The only problem was the temperature at night in the room. Almost 24 degre when I've set the thermometer to 18.
For the rest everything was perfect

There was a concert near by so the rates were astronomical. I could have stayed at the 4 Seasons for the cost. The room was clean but the building appeared to be from when the wall was up. The front desk was absolutely outstanding though!!
