Our room was very clean and very large. We overlooked the river with great views along the main shopping district. The manager Vlad, was very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, suggesting best places to buy crystal.

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Hotel Embassy. It's conveniently located within walking distance to all the key sites to see in the center of Karlovy Vary. The room was very comfortable and staff were pleasant. The entrance way is a bit worn and dated, but otherwise, it's a very nice and clean hotel. I found the mattress in my room to very firm and a bit uncomfortable. The bedding was nice. I also had a massage there which was one of the best I've had.

Wlan im Zimmer war einfach katastrophal.. man muss ständig wieder und wieder neue anmelden.. keine gute und starke Signal! und die zweite minus Punkt für Das TV Programm ! kein Grosse Auswahl auf TV Sender !
