No drink water , no Café or Tee Wash basin water drain very poorv

The Mr. guys during the day today was so considerate and helpful I don’t have any complaints!

Convenient. Close to metro and tram station.

Too many bus parties of unruly feenagers

Good

A ton of noisy students, smell of weed in the hallway. Crowded elevators, and the water in the shower was switching between boiling hot and freezing cold all the time. The cleaning ladies were storing in the room without even knocking.

Czysty i zadbany hotel , duży parking ( dodatkowo płatny ) Miła obsługa. Na minus widok z okna na nie remontowany i nie używany taras z naszego pokoju ale nie miało to znaczenia dla naszego pobytu. Śniadania znośne.

Great price for Prague, a bit further from the city centre, however great public transport across the hotel and restaurant .

Older hotel however in good conditions, nearby transport and a bit out of central but for such a great deal it was great and was happy overall.

1. Parking : off site paid (200ck/day) 2. Metro : 5minutes on walking 3. Receiption : Too busy, not friendly but they are woking~

The reception is not very helpful. There are bed bugs in some beds, my daughter and husband checked out with massive swelling, redness and itch on arms and back. Breakfast is abundant. The room service cleaners are very good although non of the staff speaks English, except in reception.

We enjoyed the stay although we did have a few issues with the key card not opening our door or safe but they were quickly resolved by the staff

Nice and clean, close to metro, although the lady selling metro tickets wasn’t nice. Trains were great 4 stops to town. We were given a room not long after we arrived at 9am.

Good quiet location. Nice and clean rooms.

It was OK. There is no internet in the rooms which is quite annoying... we were told there was wifi in the lounge in the new building, they forgot to tell us this lounge is only opened during breakfast times!

Nice price for what it is but the location isn't great.

First of all when i arrived there, the old man at the reception was very rude, instead of listening us he said that we dont have any room right nox come back at épm then i explained hi, that we already have booked our roo, last week and it should be ready by now then he was looking for ,y na,e and then he didnt see at first glance and then he read one more time and said oh yeah its here..... finally we went to our room; the bathroom sink tap had very bad water stream, not working good at all, no dustbin/garbage bin in the rom except toilet had... so for all eating stuff we had to throw in the toilet bin which was really very small: then next day the breakfast was very very bad... cakes felt like so old or kept preserve for the last few days in stock: orange juice was like yellow coloured water; coffee was so bad.... and when checking out we had the same person who is the onlye one doing ,iney exchange and check in and out didnt even look at us and one lady who was coming inside the reception desk asked us to just drop the room keys into the pen holder for check out:then we left:::: overall very very very BAD expereince, will never suggest anyone to stay here

Un hotel bonito

The hotel is extremely difficult to find as it’s named Olympik. There are at least 2 hotels with the same name in the area. When you are in front of the entrance door you can finally see a small text saying Tristar. Coming from the metro station we also managed to miss 2 maps on the side of the big street, where Tristar is marked, as we were walking closer to the buildings. There’s only one chair in the room (which is common and understandable) but we couldn’t even get an extra chair, which should be possible upon request. The carpet in the room should have been changed for decades ago and the rooms in general need renovation. On the other hand, of course, all this keeps the price down. The included breakfast buffet is totally ok although the acoustics in the restaurant are terrible due to all the hard surfaces. The bathroom sink was clogged but besides that we have absolutely nothing to complain about the cleaning, the whole hotel was well cleaned. We would stay here again when on a budget.
