I really loved this property. The gothic like style of the building, the large bedrooms, how quiet it was, the cleanliness, the really helpful and friendly staff, and the really delicious restaurant.

Quiet area away from the busy centre with easy access to public transport. Ubers to centre reasonably priced Nice and clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place in lovely and quiet neighborhood. This hotel takes you a hundred year back into the glorious days of art deco… everything in this hotel is a combination of beauty and comfort…the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast luscious, plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant absolutely worth visiting…and it’s located very conveniently walking distance to the metro…when I visit Prague again, this will be my choice for sure…

This is a great little place, and very clean. It's quite a distance from Prague city centre, and about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest transit stops. The rooms have some noise transfer from other rooms (especially bathrooms), but are still very enjoyable to stay in. The listing shows laundry facilities on site, but this is NOT the case, there is a laundry service for a per-item fee, which gets quite expensive. Overall, I would gladly stay here again as long as I planned for the transit walk times and laundry unavailability.

Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The hotel is a terrific value for money! It is located a 7-8 minute walk from Zelivskeho metro station, which can then get you to Old Town within 10 minutes. The hotel's restaurant was also very reasonably priced - for dinner, we ordered 1 soup, 3 main courses, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts - all for around 1300 CZK (around 50 EUR)! Great stay!

The hotel is about 20 mins from the Centre but is 10 mins from Zenliv metro. Large comfortable building from age of quality building and gardens. Breakfast and restaurace good , rooms big and service polite .

It was amazing.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay at Hotel Villa. The Villa itself is about an hours walk from downtown Prague (I don't drive) but they do have a small car park if you're driving & the buses & trams also run close to the property on a frequent basis. The Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly. Free breakfast & Wi-Fi were also included with my stay. Both were great with breakfast being a buffet style self-service affair. (Mostly continental style) There is also a restaurant on site with a small selection of meals - Ate there once and the food was lovely. 2 minor issues I had to deal with - The water pressure is fantastic most of the time however I think at busy times this drops quite significantly to the point where it just stopped & I had to wait a minute or so for it to resume. Secondly, As I was travelling alone my room had 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. This is by no means unusual, however I was only left with a single sized duvet. After my first night I did ask if this could be changed for a double sized duvet but upon returning to the hotel later on my 2nd day I still only had the single. Didn't bother to chase this up again. Would I recommend Hotel Villa - Yes, definitely, however I would probably look to see where else was available first.

very pleasant stay .. already very many times

Nice, clean, and very pleasant little hotel with a good restaurant. Bed was good, so was the shower, there was a 24-hour front desk and everybody spoke English. The hotel also had an elevator. Highly recommend if you want to stay in that part of the city.

Comfy beds, tasty breakfast, awesome dinner. Definitely I will come back again.
