What a beautiful hotel. Full of history but very modern superbly placed for a short walk to the square and shops. Very helpful and friendly staff 😊

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, in the Urban Classic if the bed was a bit wider it would be even better. If you are longer than 180 cm the bed may be too short. The bathroom door in the room did not have a lock and the ventilation in the bathroom was not the best. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had all that you need. The bar was also good and there was sitting area in the lobby to relax. The facilities for the gym and sauna/relax area share the same room on each side. The floors are marble and become very slippery so this could be worked on.

Very nice hotel in center of cory

Excellent hotel well placed for exploring Prague and close to railway station.

This property is very well located for sightseeing and safety. It was our end of stay hotel coming from a cruise on the Danube and flying out of Prague Airport. We were only there for one evening and night but K & K Hotel Central Prague was a great place for us. We were able to walk there in less than 10 minutes from the train station and the hotel connected us with an airport transfer for the next morning. We were able to head out for the evening to sightsee and have a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant. The room was well set up for 3 of us with a nice extra bed brought in. The bathroom was well stocked with all we needed and the in room coffee was a nice amenity. Sadly, due to time constraints we were not able to enjoy the hotel bar or breakfast.

This hotel is in an amazing location. It is clean, breakfast is great, room was a bit small but still very nice. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We were 3 people, that’s why I say the room was a bit small. There’s a multilevel shopping mall within very short walking distance called the Palladium. You can find everything there, from pharmacy to Indian self service buffet, and everything in between. Very nice. But most importantly the staff at this hotel - THEY ARE AMAZING. Let me name some names: Veronika: sweet young lady, works only on weekends. Extremely nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you sweet Veronika! Marcel: Super nice man, checked us in, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Marcel! Himanshi: Extremely friendly and nice. Helped me plan a whole day’s worth of sightseeing. Very helpful. Thank you, Himanshi! Barbora, polite, sweet and very personable. Checked us out, great help. Thank you very much, Barbora! Great hotel. In my opinion 5 stars. Thank you, will stay there again. We left our hearts in Prague- will be back to fetch!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Close to Prague Central Station and main tourist areas. Only issue we had was at check when paying tourist tax. The receptionist advised that my husband's card had declined, but our bank cleared the payment. Put a bit of a damper on our stay when we left! Which was a shame

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3 , room was clean, but basic, like an 80s travel inn. Small bath with removable shower head over it, bathroom is tiny. The building next door is literally a building site, you can see it on Google maps, so it has been like this for a while. I wouldn't have booked if I'd known this, you can feel the drilling all the way through the building from early morning, and everything is a mess outside when it rains. There are plenty of far better hotels in better areas, disappointed.

Amazing staff, they really made the difference for us

The day check in, assistance and as well check out was excellent. Unfortunately the night crew I can say the same. While coming back from exploring night city I did ask the desk personnel (young woman and middle-aged man) about breakfast in my native czech language. They responded that I must be confused and probably in the wrong hotel. I switched to English language and display room card. They realized how bad they make me feeling trying use their language and profiled us as individuals they aren't welcome at their establishment. It was a hard pill to swallow. Well me and my companion decide not to affect our vacation and move on. Yes we decided to share it just so no one else has to go through same situation again. Appreciate Vic and Margarida

K + K Hotel's rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was excellent: lots of variety from fresh fruits and cereals to hot eggs, mushrooms, hash browns etc.
