One of the worst experiences I have ever been through, my room reservation was changed without informing me and they replaced it with a small room, I arrived with my family at 2 am because my plane was delayed and when I arrived I was surprised that my room was replaced with a smaller room and they forced me to put an extra bed in the room and I had no other choice because we were very tired. Also, my family and I were treated racistly, their treatment was very bad especially during breakfast and especially from the head of the kitchen, she was treating me racistly. When I left the hotel they forced me to pay 500 euros for the extra bed, they scammed me with all impudence and audacity, they charged me for changing the towels and bed covers because of my young children, it is impudence and fraud, I do not advise anyone to book in this bad hotel

Super hotel with friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located near Andel metro station and Na Knížecí bus/tram station giving access to all public transport routes. There was an amazing choice of food for breakfast and evening buffet, and could not fault the quality. We loved the high standard offered by this hotel chain but with a boutique feel! If I really wanted to be picky, the bed was a little firmer than I would have liked, but after all the sightseeing, brewery visits and lovely food, this did not impede a good night’s sleep!

No issues with room or check-in but upon checkout, we were informed that we will be paying for breakfast. To our surprise, no one ate breakfast or ordered it. We informed the staff this, and they would not believe us. The manager pulled the records of the restaurant and showed us our room number. However, the staff did not conduct room or identity checks to get breakfast. There were three of us and the restaurant only had records of one person. We asked them why would only one person eat and the secretary next to us not even helping us but rather with a different customer responded in a snarky way "what if only one person wanted to eat". This was not the case as we went to starbucks every morning. The manager hesitated a while and annoyed, she waved her hand at us and instructed her secretary to dismiss us and the charges, stating "i’ll check the cameras". This hotel has both a management problem and a security issue, if anyone can come in and get breakfast on someone else’s tab, and then get treated as criminals. The issue is not the breakfast itself, but the way that they handled the situation, as if we were liars.

Just an ordinary small hotel. Not sure why it has four star rating. If you need extra towels or blanket the staff would not bring it to you. I had to go down to the reception to bring the extra blanket for myself. I needed extras towels again I was asked to go to the reception. They don’t even provide bottle of water. No mini bar provided. But there is a small fridge and safe. It is clean but would classify three star rating. Location is not good at all. I would not suggest especially if you want to be central. If I was to go to Prague again I would definitely stay somewhere more convenient for the Old Town. It was very tiring to take metro change at Mustek and three more stations which does not sound much. But it is and it was tiring to travel to all the historical places everyday. It takes about 30 to 40 min and apart from a big shopping centre and few restaurants there is nothing in the area where the hotel is.
