Just not good enough. Tiny room next to an equipment boiler or something that cycles off and on all night. Staff was nice but it’s just not a great place to stay. Poor for a holiday inn.

Good value at time of booking but like everything else up here gets overpriced in the tourist season, started to look a little aged now and really needs some EV chargers it has the space.

Unexpected Dog charge! We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and would have given 5 stars. However, this time we took our small dog. We completed the booking on your site per instructions and filtered that we required dog friendly. The cost of overnight came up as £65 including breakfast, excellent so far. However upon arrival we were informed that we had to pay an extra £30 for our pet! At no point during our booking did this show. By my calculations we actually paid more for our dog than ourselves, as she didnt have breakfast included!
