Kings Park Hotel

Cold damp room. They did not turn the heating on at night. The rom stank of cigarette smoke. Staff were lovely but did not make up for ran down cold rooms

It was freezing, they turned the heating off at night. It was damp, condensation dropped off the bathroom ceiling because it was so cold. Dry clothes hung in the wardrobe were damp in the morning music blaring till 1am. We stayed 6 nights, 2 night the fire alarm went off once at 3am. The staff were lovely but could not make up for the damp freezing cold rooms and little sleep

Parking ok. Breakfast limited, dirty plates and cutlery. Not what we expected having paid over £100 for the night.

Room basic, but functional. Shower temperamental- v hot or v cold. Breakfast disappointing- no yolk with egg…rest quite dry and overcooked.

The room was absolutely spotless and the staff were very attentive.

Room was spacious and warm, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Staff are lovely, hotel was well kept and handy for my stay.

No central heating came on at 6 o'clock after 2complaints wife wore her outside coat all night till bed time. Staff supplied heater that didn't work.took duvet off other bed to double up in bed we were sleeping in. Other guests complained as well.

Food and staff perfect

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Very clean room and within walking distance of local buses especially in the daytime. Friendly staff member serving breakfasts and remembered your preferences. Would recommend to friends and not too far from centre of Glasgow..20 or 25 minutes.

Breakfast was good just a little slow.

The room is very clean, tall the staffs are friendly, helpful and welcoming

The room was cold heating wasnt working, also the tv remote would not work, i complained and after trying to sort the tv remote he gave us another room.

Wasn’t worth the price paid

Breakfast was great with a great choice of fresh cooked and healthy options. Service was first class and staff very friendly. Plenty of safe parking .

Rooms big, clean and reasonably priced for that day. Prices change a lot though as we tried to book for another weekend just 2 weeks later and it quadrupled in price for less people

There was a very loud party at night directly below our room (a family room with children). The party lasted until about 12:30 am and the music was so loud it vibrated our floor and it was impossible to sleep. We couldn't even watch tv since we were unable to sleep. It actually made my heart race. I called the front desk and all the man said was that I could have some ear plugs. You would think that you could get some sleep in a hotel since that is what you come for. Usually, the quiet time is 10 pm. Not here! It is party central downstairs. After the party ended (eventually), the loud people came upstairs and we could hear them in the rooms next to us (drunk) loud and hacking and coughing and swearing and it was just aweful. I do not recommend staying here at all.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic!!
