Hotel Pupin

Very conveniently located in the city center. Everything you want to do is within a 20min walk (taxi ride available too). Most items are within a 10min walk. Clean, comfortable, modern space. Perfect travel location stop.

This hotel is a bad joke. This hotel is at the level of a one star or slightly better hostel. Let me start in order. The reception is located on the first floor of an office building and is closed behind the hallway door when you get out of the elevator. Otherwise, on the ground floor there is a large lobby with a reception desk and a girl who was sleeping out of boredom in a chair when we entered, thinking that it was the hotel reception. We had to wake her up to explain where the hotel was. I will mention that we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM. At check-in the girl on the reception needed to charge the full amount before we even got the room keys. She said it was for "security reasons", I later found out why she did it. When we finally went to the room we were shocked. The room had no windows! In fact, it had a small opening at the top of the wall just below the ceiling (see picture) hidden with long curtains. Of course I immediately complained about the room which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel as they present themselves. The girl at the reception was kind, she kept smiling at all my frustrated comments, which caused even more dissatisfaction because she made fun of my situation. She said that there were no other rooms available because the hotel was full. When I asked for a refund so that I could go to another hotel, she said that the hotel policy is to refund money up to 48 hours before arrival. Now I understand why she charged the entire stay immediately.

The location is great. Hotel restaurant is better than most. Reception has always been friendly and helpful. This is our go to hotel for trips to Novi Sad

A great hotel, in the centre of town and with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. We always stay here when we are in Novi Sad.

Great property, new, clean.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of the city. Very clean, well maintained with lots of space in the suite. Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping in the area. Parking was secure and easily accessible. Staff were very friendly, would definitely stay here again

Hotel Pupin is a lovely hotel perfectly located in Novi Sad. The hotel is modern with exceptionally clean rooms. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

The hotel lobby is not on the ground floor, you must take an elevator or stairs to the first floor. Seemed a bit strange, but the 14 story building is shared with offices on the top 11 floors and a restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.

The hotel pupin is right in the city center and is convenient walking distance from many food, shopping and sight seeing locations. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, well maintained, restocked daily and comfortable. Not large, but nice.

Great location, excellent service, luxurious hotel! Spotless, bright and very spacious room. Lovely staff! Amazing stay overall. Minor suggestion for improvement- even though the area is super safe, it would be good to have security entry to the building (main entrance or lifts) especially at night. Anyone could walk in, take lift leading to the rooms by bypassing the reception.

Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and room is clean. Great location!

These rooms are not soundproofed as advertised. Road noise as well as all noise from corridors was still very audible.

What a hotel! Amazing place to stay in Novi Sad. Parking, restaurant, cleanliness, room size, staff, and also just the general feel of this place were all amazing. We loved this hotel, it’s one of the best we’ve stayed in and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Stay here! Thank you Hotel Pupin for a super vacation.

This is really a very nice hotel, located right next to the historic area. The rooms were modern, large bath, my suite had a coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. I know that this may sound petty, but the bathroom tissue was very poor quality. And yes, it does make a difference when you stay for 3 days!

The most fantastic staff! We had a car accident prior to check in and they were all so helpful and supportive. If you ever need anything just ask the staff of this amazing hotel!

The location is great…walkable to all sights and museums.
