Seashell Beach Villa

All the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday. Cindy, the host, was very helpful and provided great advice on using the local buses and the best places to visit on the island.Great view from the balcony, The quiet sandy beach stretches over 2 kilometres to the east. The sea was warm and calm. Not many fish to see when snorkelling. Best local restaurant was Villas De Mer, a short walk along the beach or the road. Two shops nearby to buy food and drinks.

This safe catering apartment was large and with a very nice balcony overlooking the beach. Despite roaming around other beaches we always came back to this one as it had no tourists. The owner kept the property in great condition.

I would recommend Seashell Beach Villa to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Praslin in a quiet, peaceful environment. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The entire property is immaculate. The view from our ground floor unit was spectacular. There is a shady beachfront area to relax in with comfortable chairs and hammocks. Cindy, the host, is amazing. She helped us arrange transportation, taught us how to use the app to ride local busses, and even allowed us to have a very late checkout to accommodate our flight schedule. 10/10 for Seashell Beach Villa!

Wonderful hotel run by a great owner. 2 local markets very close making it easy to buy food to cook. Beach access perfect to see the sun rise

The property was amazing, as well as the accommodations, which were super clean and comfortable. It was right on the beach, with amazing white sand and calm seas. They even had tortoises on the property. They had three kayaks and boats to use, which we did. Very comfortable beach lounge, chairs, and an outdoor shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Seashell Beach Villa is a lovely property on the beach. The rooms are in great shape, spacious and right on a private beach. Cindy is so helpful and friendly. A few restaurants are within walking distance. The view from the balcony of the beach was a lovely place to haev dinner if you get takeaway or cook yourself. Definitely recommend.

Nice place. Sandy(the owner) was really nice. The room is big with nice kitchen. There were ants in the room.

Location, the manager and staff, the comfort are all far beyond expectations. Great internet connection as well, and as a bonus, the bus stop is a few steps away.

Our stay here could not possibly have been better. The apartment itself is spacious, well thought out, and sparkling clean. The property is beautiful and situated right on the beach- so lovely to walk out of your room and right on to a sunbed. Grande Anse is a powdery white sand/coconut palm tree dream, perfect for long beach walks, sunsets, easy swims in the very calm water (almost like a swimming pool!), and feels truly serene. Cindy and Flavien were amazing hosts organizing activities and car hire, cooking a delicious fresh fish dinner, accommodating us when our flight was cancelled, providing insights on island life, and so much more. Can’t think of a negative here. Wonderful, we will be back!

Excellent location on the beach and within walking distance to a Whole Foods market. Smooth check-in process and wonderful reception/host. Easy rental car arrangements too.

We were skeptical about the rave review of this property and didn't have high expectation when we booked the property for 3 days. After we arrived, we were greeted by Cindy who own and manages the property and live next door. Check in was quick and easy. She showed us the ocean view room and it was a very nice one, first floor room with an amazing view. The designer (her husband) of the property gave a lot of thoughts for both interior and exterior. In the courtyard, there are plenty space for people who want to get sun tans. For the ones who prefer shades, seats are available under the coconut trees. An outdoor shower available for people who want to get rid of sand (out of respect to the owner, you should wash sand off before go to rooms anyway). My ground floor room has a patio with tables and chairs. Inside the unit, it is an open floor design with large windows that allows people to look the ocean while cooking and eat. The bedroom also have huge sliding door to allow people look at the ocean from the comfort of the bed. Bathroom has floor to ceiling marble tiles that look great. Cindy also arranged us to visit Anse Georgette, a public beach that's blocked by a private hotel and I had tough time to make appointment with them myself. This is a huge bonus. If I have another opportunity to visit Seychelles again, I'll definitely book this place without any hesitation, especially the ocean view room.

Me and my wife stayed at the sea view room on the first floor. The room was very clean, spacious and had most of the necessary amenities. The market is nearby and there is ample parking space. The beach view from the balcony was gorgeous and the beach was very easily accessible. We felt the check out time is quite early at 10:30am but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Thanks Cindy for being a wonderful host.

Lovely shared villa right on the Anse Grand Beach. Rooms homely and comfortable with good kitchen facilities. The hostess Cindy is very friendly, knowledgeable to help make your stay perfect. Our room was over looking the beach (5metres away) on the ground floor. Saw turtles hatching on the beach right outside our room. AMAZING!!

Great accommodation, friendly staff; nice location with a view of the sea. Very clean rooms and nicely decorated. Self catering so plates and cutlery provided.

We could not have been happier with this property. The location is excellent and the condition of the property and room was immaculate and well looked after. Cindy took great care of us, exceeded our expectations and did both happily with warmth. I would not hesitate to book this property again if we find ourselves back on Praslin. Seashell Beach Villa is set in an ideal location, and if you are flying in or out of Praslin airport, it is just a minute away. We had a spectacular stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was very recently constructed and is in pristine condition. It is spotlessly clean and all the necessities are there. There are very good grocery stores (as well as some sit-in and take-away restaurants) within walking distance and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable, wardrobe space plenty, secure, and the apartment is very airy and comfortable (and while it can be air-conditioned we found it was not necessary due to how breezy it was with the windows open). The villa is on the waterfront by the beach, with beautiful views you can see as soon as you step into the lobby as well as from the room and kitchen. Cindy is a wonderful host, and goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Above all, the hospitality was spectacular. Without asking, Cindy offered and allowed us to have late checkout knowing that our flight time was in the afternoon as to to not make us feel rushed. Thank you very much! We hope to return one day.

Amazing location, right on the beach and it has enough restaurants, shops nearby. The apartment is extremely clean and has everything you need. The host was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
