A short walk from Paya Lebar MRT to reach this hotel. The room is not very spacious but feels homey. There is a small balcony but the door cannot be opened. Maybe it is only cater for the smoker. The queen bed we have gotten is a combined of 2 single beds. It feels like a worn bed that easily sunked in the middle but still comfortable. For the rates offered it is a hotel I would recommend for my budget friendly friends.

It's a clean and nice hotel. The view is also good on the rooftop. There is no pool, otherwise maybe it could be a 4* hotel. Location is also very close to MRT and malls. For price we paid worthy!

Great customer services⭐. The room are neat and clean. The only issue is the air con noise throughout the night. Good location to access shopping mall and food. Overall happy😃

Decent stay. The room is pretty small though, with limited walking space. Don't find it ideal for working (I ended up doing so on the bed!). Channels are also very limited but thank goodness for screen mirroring! Pillows were a tad soft but still managed a decent sleep. Walking distance to the paya lebar malls so no issues with food options. Had a really good deal of the app so at the price I paid, no complaints!

I had booked 4 rooms for 05 Feb 22. This hotel was near my wedding venue, hence wanted a place nearby for all our groomsmen and bridesmaid to stay at. Aqueen paya lebar was the perfect one. Service and staff were great! Would like to shout out to Mei from the reception, for being kind enough to upgrade some of the rooms and accommodating to all our needs! Such a pleasant stay it was! 😊.

The room was small and simple, but clean and has all simple amenities, even has a fridge. Location was good, walking distance to malls, lots of food available. Cons wise, it was a staycation, rare pccasion for us to sleep in, but both of us were awaken by loud vacuum noise along the corridor before 9am. Noise cancellation bad. Nonetheless we got the room at a highly discounted price and it was super worth it.

Everything is good except for a few that need management 's attention and they are: 1. Detachable shower head needs replacement; 2. Installation of cable network is worthy of consideration; 3. Toilet should have at least a bidet; And 4. Wifi network should be boosted to the next strength level.
