From lobby to room everything very nice, my room so cozy and comfortable. Just to informed distance from Paya Lebar MRT by walk around 1 KM, so if arrive with baggage will be tired. there are bus from MRT to Hotel, Bus No.24 or 25 just 2 stop, you can pay by cash 1,5 dollar or using card.

Friendly receptionists. Helpful and accomodating. Near to delicious food. Haig Road and Geylang serai hawker centers within walking distance. Walkable distance from Paya Lebar MRT. Lots of great muslim foods on the same block with hotel. Happy stay and will come back again for staycation.

Their pricing is reasonable and definitely recommend as a budget hotel to explore Joo Chiat area! It is better than what you may think! Size of the room, cleanliness, and location is good for the price. Seems it is newly made. However, noise isolation of room within corridor, water pressure, and window view are the downsides. Also early check-in is 10$ per hour which is too much!

Reserved the family room without window for the two of us as the suite has been fully booked and got a room at the 2nd floor, close to the lift - Room 226. However, throughout my stay, it wasn't as noisy as expected. PROS: The room was basic, spacious and cozy, equipped with cable TV, mini fridge, safe, kettle & hairdryer. Toiletries, bedroom slippers & coffee/teabags were also provided. The bathroom is also clean. The hotel is surrounded by many eateries, and just a few minutes away from the malls & Paya Lebar MRT station. There's also a wide variety of Halal food nearby, located at the Haig Road Hawker Centre. There's also a minimart (not 24 hours) beside the hotel as well as Cheers/7-11 nearby to grab some late night snack. CONS: The walls in the room looks quite old and the TV channels are very limited. (but I don't mind) The water heater worked well when we checked in but the next day when I wanted to take a shower, the water heater didn't work. It starting working again after we have prepared ourselves & gotten ready to check out. Overall, the room is very simple & affordable, but still comfortable. Just some minor issues. Therefore, I would rate it 7/10.

Pros: Good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed feels clean. Bedroom slippers are provided for. Basic necessities are present. Cons: Room needs a more thorough clean. Dust is visible on the walls covered with wallpaper, and on cable of the mounted television. Floor also has visible dirt presumably left by previous guests. Shower drainage is poor, results in ponding after showering.
