The constant noise from the construction happening ….beep beep beep from the trucks & cranes reversing throughout the entire day, the jackhammer & other machinery is going all day and night until 9 pm and on Sunday till 5 pm. The apartments smell like underground & I don’t think they ever wash the tiled floors in lobby & lift areas. The 2 vending machines were empty most of the time & the manager was not interested to call for refilling to aid the guests. The younger workers were great to deal with however the manager was not very accommodating at all. There is piles of furniture and all sorts of stuff sitting out the front in the car parking bays looking like a junk yard. Ships sound their horns at all hours of the night & early morning. The banging of doors & entry beeps from other guests in the apartments is loud. Worst holiday ever Spend your money anywhere else other than at Cooliv Waterfront

Worst place ever. I paid extra for a sea view room. All i had was concreate wall to loom at eventhough i asked at check in. Door in the room was not even lockable. Left a day before since we didnt feel safe. Room was never mopped to clean. What a waste of money.

Be aware that it's not a regular hotel. It's more like a long term rental appartement. Unfortunatly, There is no kitchenware (pan, forks or dishes, etc...) available.... so dont expect to be able to cook yourself anything. Cleaness and furniture are also above average. The view is on a major industrial complex so it's a bit different from the pictures...Location is not bad. It's 15min to a subway station.
