this accommodation is clean, the staffs are kind and nice, the location is strategic, it nears kallang station and bus stop.. they change our towel and clean up our room. we stay for 2 days and it's nice to stay in this hotel

The location is very close to the bus stations so it's very convenient to walk around. The room is large and small, but I mostly go out all day and only come back to rest at night, so with the price being quite cheap, I don't ask for too much.

international plug holes are provided, so no need to buy an adapter to plug in the charger. The room is not too big, but it is enough for 2 people. The room is also neat, clean, strategic location, near the hotel there are many places to eat and convenience stores, and most importantly BUDGET FRIENDLY 😍😍😍😍😍 very suitable for those who only need a hotel to sleep because they are walking around during the day

They clean our room everyday and change all the amenities. We booked the 3 person room so 1 big bed and 1 small bed

one of the male receptionists was very unfriendly, did not use standards like a hotel education, let alone an Ibis hotel. whereas the others were friendly. calling guests (us) when reporting about the AC, just by waving his hand from afar, it felt like calling a parking attendant or a kite-flying friend. this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel under the Accour group whose receptionist is very unfriendly, so don't expect to receive a thank you for staying if he is the one on duty.
