Smooth check-in and -out! They even gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room! The hotel has this nice fragrance (heh heh) that I love, clean room and bathroom, and the crews are very friendly and helpful. I was particularly fond of the uncle that cleaned my room, as he was so funky and very generous to me. Even though my package didn't have any breakfast, but you can easily find nice meals in the vicinity -- Indian or Chinese, you choose! -- minimarts, bus stop, and it is even near a mosque and a temple! Not too far from Kallang MRT Station; you can walk if you like, but you can also definitely use a bus.

The room is very clean, the staff are very nice. The location is okay, very near to bus stop. Booked room for 3 and the room was quite spacious as it can fit 6 of our luggages.

The hotel staff is very friendly, we arrived at 7 am and were able to leave our luggage. There is a special room to put our luggage and were given a number by the staff before check-in at 3 pm. The room, although not that spacious, is comfortable, and surprisingly there is a bidet.

Booked this for concert in National Stadium. We go to the venue by public transport cause it 's near bus stop. Going back approx 20-30 mins walking. So many food and cheap markets nearby. Staff is helpful and room also nice.

The location is strategic, close to bus station and many restaurants around. Walk to MRT about 15 mins. Walk to stadium around 20 mins. The room is small but clean & convy enough. Check-in and check-out process is easy, the staffs are friendly. This hotel has bidet (yeay!) But no fridge in the room. Overall it 's nice for few days stay with your friends or family (with bigger kids).

The Hotel staff offered me a twin bed; Hence I can checked-in exactly at 3pm. It 's acceptable. (They understood that I initially request for double bed) Room size and everything else is inline and consistent with reviews in the internet. Small-size room, but it is well accommodative for my purpose in SG. Water runs smoothly; Those with long hair, do not worry to wash your hair as the water pressure 's suffice. Small wash basin available in the bathroom. Not enough to put your toiletries, but you'll managed. AC was cool. Light is sufficient. TV is OK. Highlight: Close to two bus stations (both are walkable distance, although one is slightly farther); Several restaurants and seven eleven. Note that this is a budget hotel; Managed your expectations. Overall, thank youu Ibis Sapphire; Your team is great.

The front desk staff was kind and friendly. We arrived around 2 pm (check in should be on 4 pm) but they allowed us to do early check in without any additional cost. Location ' s also very convenient. Close to the Bus Terminal, only 3 minutes walk! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance too. Will definitely come back whenever I visit Singapore. Thank you!

The room and all the things inside is clean. Staffs are friendly. Hotel located near Singapore National Stadium, you can walk only about 15 minutes to get there, perfect for staying if you want to go see some concert. Food is easy to find too. And you can put your luggage in hotel after checking out, free of charges before midnight.

Rekom lah walaupun ga ada bidet tapi bisa diakalin pake showernya awkwk. Tapi ini paling murce si buat rombongan ber3. Deket resto abc yang notabene halal, toko kelontong dan tentu halte bis.

I booked one room for three of us. The room was not too big but enough for three of us. The room was clean, the staffs was good and helpful. We can find halal restaurant just about 100 m from hotel. And I think the location was strategic, too. There were about 2 bus stop not too far from hotel, so we can go to the city really easy!

Beyond my expectations. It's clean, spacious, quiet and has windows. The tap water is drinkable, so it can save your money as water is quite expensive there. Nearby you can find cheap Indian food. The bus stop is just a few steps away and from there you can get to the MRT (Kallang / Lavender) and other places. Because the main road is one way, you need to get off at Aljunied MRT (not Kallang MRT) and then take a bus, it's just two stops. The person at the desk is really helpful and speaks Bahasa and English. This hotel is really value for money. It's definitely my choice for a budget hotel in Singapore. Also worth mentioning, even though they don't have a toilet bidet, the shower hose is quite long to reach the toilet.
