Mondrian Singapore Duxton

The hotel is in a nice location in Chinatown. Modern and with nice garden and rooftop. Breakfast buffet simply amazing. Great variety of food and drinks. Rooms are small and although i paid for a corner king woth nice view i ended up on the 8th floor with view of a parking lot. There was nobody at check in when I first arrived and in general staff did not seem to be well trained. I asked for a wake up call which never arrived and for taxi on my departure day (which had to be organized after i checked out). The perdon in charge of the concierge seems to be prepared but the delivery of the suitcasr took a very long time and there was miscommunication.

We loved it. Staff were incredible, will absolutely return if we are in Singapore once again and have recommended to friends.

Looks amazing but has absolutely no substance or comfort. Room's have no real storage for longer stays, no bench space in bathroom. Only cafe style seating in King size room no proper seating to relax I. Towels were small and thin something out of a roadside motel definitely not up to classier hotel standards where you are paying premium price. . Ok for a night or 2 and perfect look for Instagram but definitely not a place to stay for a proper holiday very disappointed. And they definitely know how to charge so make sure you have plenty of money to pay for absolutely terrible service. Rooftop pool was gorgeous but again expensive if wanting a drink or snack by the pool. Only good service we had was Christina's bar on the bottom level and the concerige. I would never stay here again pick another better hotel.

Would prefer if the toilet has a bidet, other than that it was a good stay

Second stay here. Very comfortable hotel, good location. Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast and service. Very relaxing.

Great hotel! Loved the atmosphere, location and staff. Easy to get around right from the hotel. Rooftop pool was awesome and in room items provided with minibar were a nice added touch, just wish they were not an extra cost. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice hotel in walkable urban location. About 20 minute taxi ride to airport, 10 minute walk to train station and lots of restaurants and retail all around. Staff is very friendly. Hotel has 2 restaurants with good (but a little pricey) food . Roof pool is comfortable with a great city view. All in all, It’s nice for what it is…

Arrived early as we arrived in Singapore by cruise. We were given a Room upgrade and as the room was ready, we were able to check in well ahead of time . Great service , great room with view.

Boutique, luxury vibe with large-scale hotel amenities. Perfect location, in close proximity to classy speakeasies and great restaurants.

Shout out to Hazy for her amazing service!! She did her utter best in helping us with all of our requests and making our stay so pleasant. Hotel is clean, new and in central area. The only thing is that the AC is real cold on the reception floor so make sure to bring a light jacket with you.

Very pleasant stay, the room is small but has a very nice layout. Everything worked well. The corner windows had great views!

Felt very luxurious. The pool is a nice addition. Location is amazing. Close to Chinatown and Maxwell Food Centre. Close to bus stops, MRT stations (maxwell, chinatown, outram park). A very convenient location. Setvice was great no complaints at all.

All good except for practical details. No storage area for any clothes, underwear, shorts, socks, etc. Forced to use suitcase instead as there were no usable drawers, just exposed hangers. Laughable desk/table - of no real use if you have to work and need space for a laptop and papers. Presumably a desire to be fashionable rather than practical.

Hotel is great, very modern and clean. Staff were friendly but could have been a bit more engaging considering it's a 5 star hotel. Rooms a tad small for the price. Rooftop pool and bar are stunning with great views. Area (Duxton Hill) is superb for restaurants.
