Lokasi bagus, dekat mrt, ke changi hanya 1 stop, dekat changi citi point. Pelayanan kurang baik, saat mengantar ke kamar, di bel dengan tidak sopan dan tidak sabar. Ruang kamar berbau pengap.

Di depan hotel ada MRT tinggal jalan kaki saja dan juga ada mal hotelnya cukup besar. Bersih dan pelayanannya bagus.

Excellent hotel for short transit. Very good location, near changi airport, only 1 MRT station (expo MRT station) away from changi airport MRT station. Directly reach terminal 3. Hotel very near to MRT station, 10 minutes walk. MRT changi-expo runs from 5.00 am. Very proper and comfortable hotel.

ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย การเดินทางสะดวก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า ขอหักคะแนนพนักงานต้อนรับ เนื่องจากคืนที่ 2 ล็อคการ์ดไม่ให้เข้าห้องพัก แจ้งว่าเราจองไปแค่คืนเดียว (ทำเสียงดังใส่เราด้วย) ถ้าเราจะพักให้จองใหม่ ซึ่งเราจองไป 2 คืน ก็ยังยืนยันว่าเราจองแค่คืนเดียว เลยเอาใบจองให้ดูพนักงานบอกว่า Okๆๆๆๆ สรุปนางเข้าใจผิดห้อง เปลี่ยนการ์ดให้ใหม่ ก็ยังเปิดห้องไม่ได้ ต้องขึ้นลงห้องกับเคาท์เตอร์บริการ ประมาณ 4 รอบ นางจึงยอมให้พนักงานขึ้นไปดู สรุปการ์ดเปิดไม่ได้จริงๆ จะต้องใช้การ์ดที่ติดตัวพนักงานในการเปิด โดยไม่ได้ยินคำขอโทษจากพนักงานสักคำ
