Had a very pleasant stay here! Room was cosy, bathrobes were really comfy, and we loved the advanced rainshower! The experience at the collection club Lounge was made better by Ariane, who was really friendly, attentive and proactive in attending to us 🥰 Impeccable service that made us feel welcome!

This is my best experience stay in Singapore. I surprised that the room is bigger than shown on photos. At first I thought the interior of room will be old, but in real this is quite new and super clean. You will have a balcony that have spectacular view of marina bay sands. Perfect breakfast with varieties of menu. And the last thing is the interior of lobby has an amazing design. I really would recommend this hotel.

All I can say, room was spacious with Signature Marina Bay view! We had our late dinner, saved by the 24/7 in room dinning Service 😍, initially planned to have our dinner around Merlion Park which is 950m away only from ParkRoyal. What a great place to stay.

Club lounge on level 5 was great with excellent service. Benefits included breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Selection was pretty good and quality of food was fantastic! Will be back again.

Not much of a queue and was able to check in within 10mins thanks to Nadia's efficiency and friendly service. Was assigned a high floor room as requested, and the room was exactly as visually pleasing as shown in website pictures. The bed and pillows were soft and comfy, and bathroom was nice and clean too. TV service however would suddenly freeze once in a while, not sure if the problem was the channel or the TV itself. Breakfast at peppermint was good, would definitely stay again if there is an offer!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Big, nice and clean room. Awesome view from the room and really good ambience. Feels very relaxed in their super comfortable bedsheets and pillows. Peppermint restaurant has a good spread of buffet. Will definitely come here again.

School holiday started and the queue for check-in was super long. Glad to have a room on time. Every staff working there was friendly despite the waiting time and of course, will face unhappy customers. Check-in staff portrait a professional attitude. Restaurant serving staffs although mostly were students but they have service language and skills just like flying with Singapore Airlines cabin crew who mostly portrait professionalism and immaculate image. The first time had 100% dining credits when staying in hotels. At first thought, it was a gimmick till I called to enquire and upon checking in. Glad that the hotel really honored 100% dining and only 3 restaurants are entitled but good enough. Many guests were not able to book the tables for most restaurants but were able to order takeaway or room service. Except for the Chinese restaurant Peach Blossom, for taking away they only give a partial menu for taking away besides their own menu. Overall stay was 100% satisfying and the rooms were clean and spark. Kudos to all staff of park royal committed and dedicated to their duties. Keep up the job well done.

Had an amazing stay at PRMB. Booked stay and feast package with signature marina bay room. Was accord GHA black benefits with double upgrade to Collection Marina bay room with lounge access. Welcome amenity, 11am check-in 6pm check out. Service was good. Love the lounge access. Thanks for the wonderful staycation.

Had a really great stay with PRMB. The team really took care of us and take pride in their work. Our room also included lounge access and the team could not have pampered us more. Special thanks to Lydia and her team for always paying close attention to our needs and offering refills proactively. There were certain periods where I could not make it in time for the meal session and opt for takeaway back to room instead, The staff, knowing that I drank a lot of water, went above and beyond by packing extra water as well. We are very impressed by their proactiveness. The service is indeed 5 star.

First time having staycation in Singapore. Chose parkroyal collection marina bay as my friend recommended. Love it a lot and enjoy my stay in this quiet environment. All the facilities need to book in advance through the app due to covid restrictions. Gym in a very clean environment. Love swimming at night as the floor in a sparkling led light. Check-in was delayed as the hotel room was too full and they were busy cleaning up the room but they compensated me by checking out late as I requested. Managed to stay at 17 floors and window view place to raffles and city side. Can turn on Netflix on TV through wifi connection under chrome via your hp. Have breakfast buffet at peppermint and went for a tour on an urban farm with my mum. Everything was on a good and smooth journey. If you are hungry can go to any shopping mall to makan. Don't worries if you no food to eat. Review by 2 ladies is 4.5/5 stars. I realised that quite a lot of couple having celebration in this hotel.

We booked 3 rooms and were given 2 rooms later than the checking-in time due to weekend. However to be fair to us, they have adjusted our checking-out time. The breakfast was good. Even though it was buffet, the service staff served us, hence, it was rather safe and clean. All service staff were nice and efficient.
