My wife and I stayed at Pullman for our honeymoon. We had a room with Marina Bay view with extra cost. Everything was great except the fact the walls between rooms are not sound proof. I was able to hear the Chinese couple making love all night long. They were very enthusiastic and loving each other:) Fun experience

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Mildy and Katie at the Madison and housekeeping! The facilities and location are great! Only complaint was that I could hear my neighbors pretty easily.

The service here was so sweet. The room was average though - the size of the room was quite small. And I was disappointed to be staring out to another building (picture attached). The gym was really nice and partly outdoor - quite the array of equipment. The pool areas were very nice.

Comfortable beds, efficient room clean staff, friendly helpful reception and serving staff, 2 great pools, nice buffet breakfast and happy hour drinks and nibbles. It was an enjoyable stay and we would stay again.

Room wasn't spacious but it was attractive and functional. The wifi was consistently excellent, and there are electric outlets in the dining room. The staff is helpful and eager to please. The breakfast spread is good.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Very central and easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the extras you would hope to find in your room. We stayed for 6 nights and had the half board option. The breakfast was amazing lovely choice of cooked or cold. Lovely choice of fruits,however we felt the evening menu was a bit monotonous for six nights. This is not a complaint as all the evening meals that we had were nice we just wish the menu was different each day. The staff were lovely and friendly, they welcomed us each day and made our stay a happy one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are helpful and welcoming. Very considerate and baby- centred. Food are nice (The Madison and 3/F). Truly appreciated the staff in these two dining places yet we were unable to remember all their names; we have Ms May, Ms Catherine and Ms Tiffany at Madison.

The door was opened during 4 days due to a technical issue with sensor on the door. The food in all the restaurants are bad is not worth what you pay.

Honestly amazing, the attention to detail was so good. Very clean and quiet, room had all the amenities you needed. Location was perfect to get to all the main attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby - the rooftop has a great view of the MBS. The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. Had a small issue with a shard of glass in the yoghurt; the staff were extremely apologetic and took it very seriously - they even sent some sweet treats to my room to apologise again. Will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Singapore! Loved the train design of the hotel!

We loved our stay here. Amazing rooftop with Mexican food. Excellent views from the roof of the bay. Room was modern and clean. Room service options weren’t the best, but staff were very friendly and helpful.
