No elevator. I injured my knee and it's a challenge to climb the stairs. Rooms with double bed are only on 2nd floor. Rooms are not clean. Feels like it's neglected.
Raintr33 was a nice experience. I arrived late at night and left early in the morning, simply needing rest during a layover at Changi Int'l Airport. The staff was very kind and helpful, exceptionally so. Note that it is a bit more exposed to natural elements, such that your bathroom sink is outside on a balcony (not enclosed), so I saw a few tiny insects inside my room and also a little insect in the lobby. All of them totally harmless, but just be advised. The location was reasonable for commuting to the airport, but it not badly near downtown. If your goal is to see Chinatown, Merlion Park, Gardens by the Bay, restaurants and shopping, etc, you'll want to look into something downtown.
Clean, big bed room but don't have elevator, negative side is the sink located at terrace only.
Good enough and quite near from the airport
Nice hotel with good facilities
Nice hotel, the wifi was passable but far nowhere, had to use taxy and no selling food around
The hotel was not scary
By chance for a business trip, and this hotel is close to the airport, so it's okay.
The hotel is pretty ... just a bit far out of town
4 star hotel but the quality 1.

Picked this hotel for an overnight stop as it was close to the airport. It turned out it is converted army base and the rooms certainly have a basic military feel about them. When we arrived we had to move to the Annex across the road as they had a party on in the main hotel with loud music due to go on to 3am. As it happens we could hear the music in the annex and some of the guests were also in our building and a bit rowdy to say the least. The room had no windows, although there was a door out onto the balcony. The bathroom is a strange arrangement with sink outside on the balcony. The room in general could have been cleaner; cobwebs in most corners and what looked like small ants crawling around. In fact they have a notice in the room implying you have to live with the ants and lizards as they can’t keep them out. If I had the choice again I would look for a hotel closer in to Singapore as the extra distance is worth it.

Definitely not 4 star
We stayed here 2 nights. The photos looked nice and the building is an old colonial style. We booked ground floor in the main building but when we arrived very tired and late at night, we were told there was very noisy karaoke in the bar until late and we were told it would be quieter in the other building across the road. The building did not have an elevator and we were given a 3rd floor room. The room was quite small and the bathroom only had a toilet and shower, the hand basin was outside on the balcony. Apparently all the rooms are designed that way. The rooms do not have any windows to let natural light in, as the huge balcony doors are all wooden. We did not like the idea we must put the lights on all of the time, otherwise you are in darkness. Unless you open the big wooden balcony doors, but there are no insect screens to stop mosquitos coming in. In the morning we walked over to the main building for breakfast and it was absolutely disgusting, not fresh and very poor standard food. Service was very slow. You can walk to Changi Village in less than a 15 minute stroll where there are many restaurants, food stalls etc. (definitely a better option than eating in the hotel) The reception staff were good but the rest of the staff seem to be just sitting around. If we had not pre-paid, we would have not stayed here. Very over priced for the standard of hotel. There are other hotel options nearby.

Handy and close to airport
Stayed here for a connecting flight in the morning. Wifi present, air conditioning, and restaurant available. Our sink was in the balcony on the outside which was a bit quirky. Bed decent size. Staff quite helpful. No safe present.

Unforgettable experience !
I booked a chamber suite to celebrate my loved one birthday. Leonette, the manager, was very helpful and dedicated. She fulfilled all my request from a well decorated room to in room dining. Her service was excellent. She sees to all our need and my loved one had a good time. The room was in excellent condition. Really a nice and romantic environment to have celebration and the price we paid was very reasonable. Once again, I want to commend Leonette for her wonderful service. Do look for her if you ever want to have plan a surprise for your loved one.

This is a nice hotel but just a bit out of the way. But if u planing for a staycation. U may want to consider here. When I found the fridge is not cold and request for some ice, surprisingly they bring a big bucket of ice to my room. Well done.
